Yaga - a blessing in disguise

I have been selling in Yaga for just under a year as I was immigrating, it has been an amazing experience, I have sold 200 items ranging from books, jewelry l, clothes, gathers, ornaments and the list goes on …. Sports-ware kitchen ware absolutely everything I needed to get rid of and have made enough money to pay my air ticket and container ! What an incredible Ap and experience! Ve had no issues getting my money and as long as you are pleasant and make an effort wrapping and sending - everything will make your experience worthwhile

Putting to sleep our beloved boys

I had to put down my two beloved boys, the staff were e beyond compassionate and caring. This made both my daughters and my experience so much more bearable! I can’t even remember the names of the two gentlemen that assisted or the lady that stood right next to me while it all happened . The whole team from the receptionist to the people in the room with us were just amazing. I called around to many vets and although they were the furtherest to travel - there ere the most helpful and empathetic. Thank you all for the card you gave us and for being so kind.

COJ’s Kabelo Letsoalo

Kabelo Letsoalo Assisted me today via the help desk- being a day before a public holiday I am sure they were short staffed - it’s been forever since I have had someone so eloquent on the other side of the phone - without going into too much detail, Kabelo went beyond just assisting one query - he made sure that he covered all concerns and even mailed me my updated statement ! Wow what an asset he is to COJ - I won’t be surprised if someone head hunts him ! Great energy and concern for others Well done !

Nissan Sandton top service from Amisha

I have had the absolute pleasure with dealing with Amisha from Nissan in Craighall Sandton I wont go into detail about the issue or what went wrong - as Amisha came to the rescue and at all times calmed me down, kept me updated on all happenings - without me having to keep calling to find out - which is the norm in today's world. she called to tell me costs and options and made sure that all my expectations were met. it has been a long time since I have experienced someone going the extra mile and loving what they do a great asset to any organisation who focuses on customer retention and excellent service best you hang on to her!

I can’t make calls from my cell it says that my account has been suspended I can’t even dial 082135 to find out why as it says this number does not exist I go onto the Mobile app to chat online and they keep kicking me off I had to drive to a friends house to use her landline to call and I get told there was possible fraud detected on my account No one even called to discuss they just suspended my account Now I have to wait while they activate my account. They say I had purchased some apps from the App Store which is not unusual as I buy from the App Store all the time Now I wait I can’t make calls and no one can call me

bad bad bad service - coudl be a SCAM!

they don't even deserve a 1 star rating - no website working and phone also out of order!!! haven't received my order since it was placed 17Th December - still waiting with no response to my queries!
