Customer service is non-existent. I've been trying to get my account sorted and my emails have gone unanswered. Better to avoid.
Lindzay was absolutely phenomenal. My query was resolved quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I requested that a delivery be stopped and the parcel returned to me, and this was acknowledged, but FOUR DAYS later, the parcel was delivered. I have waited a full month to speak to a supervisor, only to be told basically 'sorry we ignored your request but we can compensate you for the value of the flyer at R99.00'. Don't use this useless company. The Courier Guy actually looks after their customers
I sent out a parcel on THURSDAY 23/12. I then discovered I was being scammed and immediately requested my parcel be returned on FRIDAY due to it being a scam. My request was acknowledged and I explicitly told it would be returned to me. Now I've been informed it was delivered to the recipient. I want this resolved urgently. I requested this RTS FIVE days ago. And it was still ignored and delivered. Unbelievably ****ed off.
After 2 months of back and forth (and an audit) with SARS, my tax rebate was paid into my account on 15/10/2020, and 24hrs later its been reversed. I would like to know why?
If I could give -20 stars, I would. My mom ordered her upgrade from Vodacom last week Friday. She received the confirmation email on Saturday and the tracking details on Monday. On Tuesday she received notification that the parcel was out for delivery, and she happened to see the contact details were incorrect. After getting through to Vodacom, she was told that this would be corrected. All day no one from RAM bothered to fix this error. The company I work for deals with The Courier guy DAILY, and if they can't reach a client, we are notified and asked to supply alternative contact details. Yes, Vodacom was daft to put a WiFi router as a contact number, but the onus was on RAM to have this resolved. Now my mom must be further inconvenienced and told she won't receive her parcel for yet another day because RAM could not be bothered to provide better customer service. Absolutely appalling. I'm so relieved no one I know uses RAM, and I will never ever order from a company that utilises their pathetic service.
Spent over R200, waited over an hour and received ICE COLD food. Never ever again!
