I service I have received is great but I wish they can improve on the map on the app, satellite navigation view would be better to be more precise about the location of the vehicle, another problem I have is that it shows visuals which are delayed e.g. The car would be in the driveway but it would still be showing the car coming in, it is a minute or two delayed
My rating is one star all because I couldn't rate zero. OK foods meyerton customer service is terrible. Early last year (2025) I took an item from the shelf and when I got to the till, the price was more than what I saw when I took the item, they called the manager and went and checked, told me that special has ended and I have to pay the money it reflects from the till. The manager only looked at me once and did not even care to make me understand why must I pay more since it is their fault by not removing the price tags if the special was over.... In December I lost my card which had money loaded in it. I went to the store and reported the matter, I was told the manager is on leave, she will sort it out when she comes back from leave, they took my name and surname, ID and phone numbers. Nothing was done, I went back but did not get a new card, instead they took my details again and told me the manager is not there. They made a new card for me and told me the money will be transferred to the new card if the manager hasn't made my card with funds inside. I went again today, now they told me I forfeited my funds because I made a new card using the details I used for the previous lost card. Why am I blamed for making a new card whereas they are the ones who said I must make a new card. Why must I lose my funds, they money I put into the card all because of their incompetence.
SINQOBILE DETSHE, was so, professional and nice to talk to, she explained and didn't get irritated when I asked her to repeat some of the information. I ended up taking a warranty plus service policy because of her excellent service. I hope more of the agents could be like her
I bought online and when I went to collect my order, cashier requested more time since the cooking crew made one pack of wings instead of three. I waited and finally got my food. When I got home, I discovered that they gave me an incomplete order, I bought chips but they were not in the order. This is an inconvenience and very disappointing for a big franchise like steers to make such below grade mistakes.
This is a ****. I would like to warn everyone not to fall for this or any **** that is similar to this one. They will tell you they are registered to trade in south africa, the government authorised them to trade, you buy a certain product with minimum money being promised big returns when the product expires in x amount of time. They even make it sweeter by saying u earn money every day and can withdraw anytime when your money is above R100. They will seen to work and be legit till they come with specials that will make u deposit more and more money into the company, more and more specials and no withdrawals are completed. Then they claim you are creating **** accounts and you need to pay an x amount of money into the account to prove your account is legit before getting your money. That's when u will realise that what ever dreams you cooked when you saw all that money in the app are lost.
My 73yr old father went to Leratong Hospital for cataract removal procedure. He was so happy with the service of the anaesthetist but when the surgeon started the procedure everything went from good to the worst. He was told not to move the eye, got shouted at, the doctor made remarks which were dehumanizing and he was laughed at by the doctor and the nurse who was assisting him. He came back very shuttered and upset. He is a there for help, he gets told he should have gone to private hospital if he wants to be treated special. Does the hospital even care about mental health of patients and how the unpleasant experiences hinder the mental status of a person. It is sad the government always shield their own and there is never justice for the helpless. After all the elderly has done for our democracy, they are the ones who are treated the worst. Shame on you...
I paid rain on the 15th of Feb, the 1st of March they debited again. The only way to contact them was through a WhatsApp while I was already in the bank branch to query the transfer. The AI told me to ask the bank to reverse. Bank agent said they can't reverse subscriptions. The AI finally said I will be called by the agent to refund the money. Till today I am still waiting for the refund. I lost trust. They don't even have a number to call when u encounter problems with the system. This is just expensive but u get left without assistance when you need it...till today, SIM cards no longer get recharged
I haven't received my chronic medication which was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I called and called, sent emails but dololo, no medication. Even though the medication was processed on the 10th of February. This is chronic medication which was not delivered Which means they are the reason I default on my medication and the reason my health deteriorate due to medication. It is disappointing considering the price hike we got changed in January, then the service is worse that going to the government clinic and waiting on the long queues. Why pay but there is no value for the money you spent It is zero star for GEMS and their chronic medication delivery department
Last night we visited KFC in palm springs mall, what could have turned into a disaster service delivery was rescued by an employee called Motlatsi, we bought via drive through, the Teller told us they do not have ice cream and we were told to park by the parking bay and food will be brought to us, we waited for a very long time and noticed people coming out with ice creams. I became upset because we wanted to buy it and we were told they don't have it, Motlatsi was running around taking food to different cars who placed orders via drive through... he came to us and asked what we ordered since he noticed we have been sitting there for a long time, we told him and asked about ice creams, be told us they were available and ran inside to fetch our order, he came back with our order plus the ice creams. We were so impressed with the service and him as an individual. He was fun spirited and looked like he really wanted to be at work. I hope all the stuff could love their jobs more, good energy is contagious, customers can feel it
Monday evening my husband and I went to hungry lion palm springs to buy winglets. We got rotten winglets. I reported on the Whatsapp line, an agent called me to verify and said I will be called within 24hrs, still now I haven't received any feedback. We spend R150 on the winglets we couldn't eat and all we got was a guy telling us it is not their quality of standards. I want my money back. I can't spend so much and not even eat the damn meal. We know we struggle with loadshedding but that should not be a reason we a sold rotten food with below low average quality.
