Fnb worst bank ever
I've just about had it with FNB, my account been frozen 4 times since December all for rubbish claims of fraud. Than my own money goes magically missing outta my account which I did approve of. My tenant pays me rent and boom account blocked Again!!!! I'm a effing single mother which supports my mom and 2 sisters so ***. I can never get hold of this zanele person than it's an innocent than its Mbele, I phone the contact number which was given en to me by fnb doesn't exist for zanele

standard bank immediate payments
Standard bank charges their customers R50 for an immeidate payment and its not immediate only reflects 2 days later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! capitec only charges R8 and it is immediate standard bank is pathetic

Extra mile customer service
Hi there, Last week thursday i went to capitec in east rand mall and a lady by the name of shirley or shelly helped me and she really went over and above to make sure i sorted what i needed to! she was friendly and it was already 4:30pm however she didnt rush anything, she really put in all extra effort to get my application sorted much appreciated thank you

Great service
Maduvha from Miway insurance is friendly, and gave me other options that i could afford and still benefit from instead of cancelling my insurance, he is helpfull and knows what he is talking about.
