Money was debited and unauthorized and to date Fnb is failing to return my money. Sent emails,filled forms,called and chatted but still no solution. How can we help you my foot...I am so done with FNB...my money is not safe with them
So money was debited from my account and I called FNB to reverse and block which I am not even sure if it is done or not. I was told to fill some reversal document and that everything will be sorted within 5 business days. Here we are after more than 13 business days and my problem is still not resolved. Banking with FNB is a risk lately
