I have paid the money for the container just after the payment, they are not answering the phones nor responding to the messages. no communication at all
This is company claims to be running a business however when you call their number no answer their support is terrible. They even have a whatsapp support however you will never get any one ro assist. The should just close this thing. A e go nto ye ba e dirang
I bought Items online on the 25 July for delivery which it was suppose to take 2 to 3 days today three weeks later i am still without my delivery. I am always been given execuses that the driver count't reach you on the cellphone, the driver went to a wrong address. I am really tired of this shop.
I have complained about the bed i bought the last year January however we even went to lockdown without any respond to them after lockdown they were also not yet reported the bed to the supplier. After anstruggle they eventuall did report and the supplier called me and requested me to pay access which i did and they gave me a letter to take to homeitalia westgate for exchange. A year later i still don't have a bed. Today when i am calling they telling me that the manager went to the loo then after 30 minutes when i call they don't answer the phone. The manager and the admin clerk there are very incompetent.
I cancelled my decoder in 2016 i just relialised last month that they have been charging me for that decoder. Now for me to get refund it's a mission.
I have purchased a gas heater online on the 1 May 2020 whi h was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 7 days but today i am sitting here without a heater and i have wrote an email and letter no one cares about reaponding or at least giving feedback. I called their customer service only to be put on hold for the entire 30 min and mind you i am using my money to make those calls.
a new legislation that was passed recently which prohibit network service providers to use customer's airtime when data is finished without a consent of a client. Ques what cell c did they decied that legislation is not applying to them they continue using customers airtime without alerting them
