I would like to mention a incident that happened to me a few minutes OK one of the staff busses reg fk45jkgp ran a red robot at a busy intersection almost causing a massive accident and then the staff have the nerve to swaer at me calling me all bad names threatening me. I really feard that they will attack me cause they almost caused a major accident
Very poor service rude and arrogant staff waited fo 20mins to get fuel while people came and left and when I raised they issue was sworn at and gotten told they care I can go to management but when asked for management nobody could assist not even with a number the one guy even threatened me even though he new I was recording the entire situation
I was requesting a refund. I mentioned that the Jacuzzi was not working, Caretaker on arrival said it’s not working. The gentleman on I called repeatedly said the Jacuzzi was working. This is when I got very angry and I did scream asking for my refund, for the way the gentlemen spoke to me . I want a refund on my money to avoid further problems with the Travel and Tourism board. And yes I am working for an Airline and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I know what I want and expect when booking a 3-4 star rated loge/hotel/apartment. Attached is the email we sent on Saturday and no response since then. We made several calls also to 073 181 3451 on Saturday and who evers phone it was did not respond or call us back. I would appreciate feedback, response within the next 24 hours period. Of note, bad reviews of your lodge has been done on Google reviews. i requested a refund as we spent all of 10 min there just to get hold of a very rude owner
i must bring this up that the staff at incredible connection westgate is a bunch of usesless human beings. my nephew bought a xbox 1 remote it stopped working within the first week. we took it back to incredible corruption were we got told they will send it away to have in checked and will revert back with in 21 days it has been 6 weeks and they have not even sent the control in to have it looked at. now they say again they will contact me within 21 days again after i have requested a refund on the **** they have sold me. please take not the item broke within 7 days and was returned. i will never uses or recommend them to anyone and advice people to rather stay away
