Purchased a brand new vehicle in June 2021, Vehicle is now faulty, after many attempts of finding a resolution no luck with this dealership.I have been pushed from piller to post with no joy. Very very sad customer service. You think buying a new vehicle brings joy but not at this dealership. The amount of headache I have had with this dealership incredible. I have laid complaints with VWSa. Because this dealership cannot help me. Whose fault is it if the car I bought from them is adefective, Apparently it's the customers. I have been waiting for callbacks forever. I never knew buying a new car would bring so much headache, but the dealer fails to assist me. BRAND NEW VW AND THE AC STOPS WORKING LESS THAN 6 MONTHS LATER. MY CAR HAS UNDERGONE ABOUT 3 REPAIRS SO FAR AND I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH NO CAR OVER A WEEK. THIS IS NONSENSE. WOULD YOU BUY A CAR THAT WILL GIVE YOU SO MUCH TROUBLE AND FURTHER MORE NO HELP FROM THE DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went here today and I ordered a quarter chicken and I was served a raw chicken after 30 minutes. The lady excuse on Google was that we rushed her when we didn't even do that. I will definitely not ever go there again
I came Instore to the Chatsworth Telkom branch on the 5th of May 2019 I took my ticket as normal and waited for over 30 mins There after I was told that the ticket number wasn't working. I waited like a fool while others came and went. Time wasted When I confronted staff they told me that I should just wait in the line. Bull**** service
