Blame throwing when it’s time to claim, I bought this car, been serviced by Mercedes approved dealership, we took up an extended motor warranty with innovation group, there is over 140 thousand rand damage to the car, we been asked to submit service records since I bought the car, now they asking for service records before I bought the car
We have had a claim against budget, there was a storm, they sent out a guy to assess who didnt even have a proper ladder, they string you along for weeks asking for detailed paper work, when all required information is supp**** they come out with an excuse your claim cannot be paid because you didnt maintain your roof, so you provide them with receipts of the roof being maintained then they come out with a story of refunding your last premium.

I had mistakenly booked the wrong hotel, I typed Victoria Seychelles but it brought up Victoria Canada, assuming it was a nice hotel, I did not double check the location and paid online for the accommodation, this was an honest mistake, I immediately contacted both booking.com and the hotel in Canada and I have recieved no feedback, now I see that the full amount will be taken in for no show.
