Property Legends demonstrates a disturbing lack of professional integrity and internal coordination. My experience involved a leadership-driven culture of 'cash grabbing' that forced me to claw back my security deposit in three separate, fragmented payments as I disputed arbitrary deductions. This is specifically aimed at the principals/owner(s). Not the agents. The agency's 'penalty' model is a transparent attempt at unjust enrichment. They attempted to charge for internal agent inspections and 'advertising' efforts that were entirely redundant, given that the unit was occupied immediately with zero financial gap. This was compounded by internal miscommunication; even after a new tenant was finalized, agents continued to contact me to show the property, proving they have no control over their own internal communication/workflow. They even attempted to bill for items specifically verified and cleared by the owner beforehand, only refunding the amount once confronted with the evidence. This agency does not value long-standing professional relationships; they value how much administrative friction they can use to retain your capital. Their business dealings are logically inconsistent and ethically bankrupt.
I was a distance student. I tried to continue my studies. Its been years. I tried MULTIPLE times, reached out online and kept getting the same promise that I will be phoned back or contacted. Now I received a notification that my account has been "Handed over". How is this fair? These people do not care about their students. The amount that's outstanding, I did not even study that year, couldn't go or complete it that whole year. SO why must I pay it with this poor assistance? What's funnier is that every recent 5-Star review on is from a brand new account. Can't even hide that it's fabricated. I tried Numerous times to continue my degree and I requested multiple times the full settlement amount continue and the outstanding balance all together. Its just like no one knows who can help me. I tried so many times through the VC portal. I kept being told to go through the VC portal. I cant even log in with my student number anymore. When you phone you are told to use the portal. Maybe this review will help or get someone to handle this?
Great service, friendly staff all round. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to for the team at Auto Integrity. Had a small hiccup post sale, but they really went out of their wat to assist me and rectify - Give this team a chance for your next vehicle purchase!
When a customer purchases a laptop worth R35k from Lenovo and receive service from this company to do a warranty repair is utterly disgraceful. Not even going to state my story as whoever is reading this can see by all the reviews below that this establishment does not deserve to have your business. Partserve doesn't even have the backbone or ***** to respond to the queries left on Hello Peter. Utterly incompetent.
