Pathetic service received. Was told via email that my package will be arriving on Friday ( 3 September 2021)and I waited but did not receive my package. Your system keeps on giving me the same message that my package is at the depot then it says it is out on the delivery, next thing I know it says it is back at the depot. The frustrating thing is that you promise a 1-3 day waiting period, I have been waiting for 5 days excluding the weekends.
Worst customer service ever! They changed the insurer without informing us and we had to arrange to stop the debit order for our contract cellphones ourselves. I would not advise anyone to sign up for any contract with Telkom.
Really good food and reasonable prices just needs to improve their customer service. ( Cape Gate branch). We waited really long for a starter which was weird since the restaurant was not busy.
Every single time I contact Design Addict, I get awesome service. He does Laser cutting and Engraving . I LOVE his mug and glass printing and vinyl shirt printing. I even got awesome vinyl apron printing done by him. Cannot wait to use your service again!!!
Had a great time at the winery which has a beautiful backdrop of green grass, tropical trees and a beautiful blue sky. The wine tasted really great but the biltong was a bit aged and did not compliment the wine well. You can choose between chocolate and wine and biltong and wine. This winery would be an awesome venue for a wedding as it has this beautiful white tarmac. The service was okay, the staff need to up the game , the food and drinks looked like it came out of a magazine.
Really great online service received from Mr. P. My goodies are always on time and are always in good condition other retailers can really learn from Mr. P.
I love how fast and efficient the Clicks delivery is. The products are never spoiled and has never been out of stock. The delivery price is fair and the Click to Collect too.
Awaiting my refund for 17 days now. I called them to cancel the order. When I phoned they said the items has been cancelled but then 1 of the 11 items came. I paid R90 delivery fees for one item which was supposed to be 11 items. They cancelled the 10 items without a confirmation call. Now I am waiting for my refund for this long. What a waste of business. I will rather support Game
The mall's toilets are not cleaned regularly and often do not have hand sanitiser which is so unhygienic since none of the taps work. The food court can be improved, the Spur, Panarottis and Ocean Basket have the best food available eventhough the service is not always the best. Many of the shops often do not have aircon and security in the mall is so limited which is a safety risk with all of the shop burglaries happening.
Extremely upset with once again bad service from Telkom, I accidently bought the wrong data package from the Capitec App. I called the Capitec Call Centre and was instantly assisted and told that Telkom needs to handle the problem as the money is already out of my account. All of the numbers given online lead me to a self service helpline. I did not get through to any agent. It is Monday and still no reply on the email I sent and Facebook message. Rather use another network not Telkom their customer service sucks big time!
