This is the worst courier company ever, I have been taken for a ride with a high end parcel. I placed my order last week and I was meant to receive it last week but after many attempts to contact them, they **** and said they have been trying to contact me to deliver, which is lies obviously as I have been home for 3 days, mind I haven’t been able to go to work because I am waiting for this delivery… I have contacted their call centre but nothing luck, this is the pitts of all companies and one of my friends has had an experience with them where he didn’t get his parcel at all, the agents do not care whatsoever!!! I need help, because this parcel is of high value and it is my fiancé’s birthday gift.
Good day, So yesterday evening I had just come from having a few drinks with my girlfriend and wanted a snack to bite as we go home. So she suggested we pop in the drive thru of Mac Donald’s Umhlanga in Durban, opposite Shell garage. So I did as my lady said, I was in the drive thru for about 15 mins only to realise that the delay was caused by the lady taking orders. She was also taking orders from people that were just walking to the window, mind you the store is actually closed. I was fuming because I had been in the drive thru for so long, so when I questioned this, she then had a big attitude with me to the extent of her actually swearing me in Zulu. I would like for action to be taken against this lady as this is unacceptable, I will not be sworn at by an employer for exercising my rights. Here are the details: Time of incident: 00:58am when I placed my order and 1:28am was when I actually received it. I stay in Durban, Umalzi and I must honestly say that we have been receiving poor service from the municipality over the past few years. We have reported this issue several times and always been given a reference number or better yet, they send contractors that don’t know what they are doing or what the problem is. It is really frustrating to have to pour water into buckets every night just because you never know when we will run out of water. We pay our bill every month, we stay next to a dam and out of the whole neighbourhood, only 2 houses are experiencing this problem. Our water gets cut off at 3pm in the afternoon and only to return at 4am the next morning, I have had it with this. The last time which was last year, I had to shame the municipality and put them on one of the social media platforms before they actually called and sent their supervisor that came with a tractor. The issue seemed like it was resolved, the pressure of water was normal but I guess we spoke too soon and in less than 3/4 months we were back at square one. My brother has been to their offices but they aren’t very helpful, instead they speculate what the problem is and don’t send anyone. Please assist us with this issue, you are our last option.
I am not happy with the experience we are getting from Capstone. On the 3rd of December 2020, one of their drivers collided into 3 vehicles at a red robot, unfortunately I was also one of the drivers that were at the robot. An AR was opened at the police station and all necessary procedures followed as well. We then submitted all documents to their insurance to claim third party insurance. We had to wait days before they submit all their documents which included the drivers license in which he did not have at the time. Once that was submitted, we were in contact with their insurance company who have approved our claim but require an excess to release the funds. They are now being rude to us and telling me that they will only make the payment next year meanwhile they had said on Tuesday 15 /12/2020 payment will be made.
