I am not happy with the experience we are getting from Capstone. On the 3rd of December 2020, one of their drivers collided into 3 vehicles at a red robot, unfortunately I was also one of the drivers that were at the robot. An AR was opened at the police station and all necessary procedures followed as well. We then submitted all documents to their insurance to claim third party insurance. We had to wait days before they submit all their documents which included the drivers license in which he did not have at the time. Once that was submitted, we were in contact with their insurance company who have approved our claim but require an excess to release the funds. They are now being rude to us and telling me that they will only make the payment next year meanwhile they had said on Tuesday 15 /12/2020 payment will be made.

On 07/07/2017, Chris Paulsen of Capstone Logistic Planning and Trading, met me at my property to evaluate the work necessary to compose a set of working drawings for proposed additions to my residence in Port Elizabeth.

On 11/07/2017, I paid the required R 3,105.00 deposit to Capstone Logistic Planning and Trading thereby initiating the contract to supply and submit working drawings as per the following agreed timeline stated in the quote:

1. On 10/07/2017, Chris Paulsen would start with the working drawings

2. On 14/07/2017, Chris Paulsen would present the working drawings to me

3. On 18/07/2017, Chris Paulsen would make a second visit to my place

4. On 19/07/2017, Chris Paulsen would submit the plans to the municipality

5. On 28/07/2017, Chris Paulsen would get the first response from the municipality.

On 13/07/2017, Chris Paulsen met me at the property and presented what he had produced so far.
We discussed a few changes and it was agreed that he would e-mail me the final drawings the following week for approval.

I did not receive any drawings.

Over two weeks went by without hearing from Chris Paulsen.

On 29/07/2017, I sent Chris Paulsen a SMS text requesting a meeting to finalise the drawings.

I received no response.

On 01/08/2017 at about 10h00, I phoned Chris Paulsen's cellular phone.
It rang, there was no answer and it went to voice mail. I left a message on his voice mail requesting him to call me urgently.

I followed the phone call with an e-mail on the same day at 12h31.

I received no response.

On 03/08/2017, I "copied and pasted" the contents of the e-mail to messenger and sent it to Chris Paulsen via his facebook profile.
To this date I have received no response.

It seems that I have been scammed which surprises me.

Chris Paulsen presented himself very professionally both times that we met at my property and I took him to be an honourable human being.

Just shows how wrong one can be.
