I am trying to contact them to cancel the monthly debit since I cannot afford it and the phone number provided is not going through
I am being defrauded by MTN.They say I have a contract for a Samsung S21 phone I have no knowledge of,my bank account is being debited on every last day of the month for an amount of R889 never authorised this on top of that I have never received any form of communication regarding this account.I called the customer care number 083 135 but no luck on getting assistance. I got a call from a number 083 123 0686 to say I am owing called it back does not exist.I am frustrated as this is not stopping please stop the debit I not in possession of a S21 phone account BA117926354
I have a debit order I did not authorize that is almost R1K , I am charged R40 for every reversal and I have verified that it is fraudulent .Not happy with this
I have debit orders thatI did not authorize to the amount of R200 I cannot reverse them with internet banking I did not consent to this but money is being debited every month by absa theculprits are GEMSMBS and the latest is DVOTION
