Good Day I made a purchase of two extras (spare wheel cover and side box) for my new Jetour Odyssey. I was assisted by one of their salesperson (Mr Tyrone Lobb) from the Jetour Durban City Branch who offered me these items and who advised me to make the payments and order through him (as Jetour allegedly does not automatically supply these extras with the vehicle). I made payments to him on the 13 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 for the total amount of R8200. These items were promised to me within 6 weeks from ordering and til this day I have received nothing. I have watsapp conversations as proof of these assertions as evidence. I am concerned that as a Professional Business (Jetour) a salesperson can engage with a client in this way yet does not fulfil his agreement. It reflects an egregious lack of integrity as a brand. Not only that, but I am due the items I paid for or my money back. It is that simple.

I have been a very loyal ABSA Banker since 2010 but ever since last year when I changed Bankers (from Joy Shelembe to Nombongo Shasha) I have been experiencing appalling service as a Private Banker. The latest is it has taken me 4 days to retrieve a 6 months Bank Statement (something that takes a couple hours max). And to make matters worse, I ended up visiting an ABSA Branch physically in order to get help.
