If I could give 0 stars or negative rating I would. I just received a call from Cubix Solutions on behalf of Netstar tracking. Firstly, they had a car on the system that doesn't belong to me and I have the proof of that. Secondly, after explaining the resent experience with trackers where a client's car was ****** and could not be recovered or advised on for almost a week now, I declined the service. Not so much as a thank you or we understand... just a hang-up. So unprofessional. If this is the way they treat potential clients, how do they treat their current clients. I do have the recording of the conversation that I will be happy to provide.
I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the safety standards at this ice rink. What should have been a fun and safe outing turned into a dangerous and upsetting experience. Advanced skaters were allowed to skate recklessly among beginners and even small children. Instead of being mindful, they were weaving through crowds, seemingly more focused on filming videos than on the safety of others. Their behavior was not only irresponsible but outright dangerous going so far as to deliberately trip and intimidate other skaters. As a result, several people were injured. My friend suffered a severe fall after being knocked, hitting her head so hard that she experienced serious confusion. Although she was initially dismissed by staff as being fine, her condition worsened, and she was later taken to the emergency unit where it was confirmed she had sustained a significant head injury. Others left with bruises and shaken confidence. What is even more alarming is the complete lack of proper intervention. The marshals did attempt to address the situation and even escalated it to management, but nothing meaningful was done. The manager showed little concern and failed to take action, allowing the dangerous behavior to continue unchecked. This level of negligence is unacceptable. A venue that caters to the public, especially where children are involved, has a responsibility to enforce safety rules and protect its patrons. Until proper measures are put in place, I would strongly caution others before visiting.
Today I was assisted by Ben Winkler and Bradley van Wyk with regards to my Metrofibre order and installation. What an excellent service. I could not ask for better. Bradley was super responsive on email with sending me all the information. It was just a few moments that they received the documents that Ben contacted me. After chatting with him, he assisted me with the route to follow for my own set up and logged it for me. Thank you both for your exceptional service. Looking forward to the next steps and installation.
