DISSAPOINTED IN MEDICROSS BOKBURG

Honestly dissapointed in the service recieved at Medicross Boksburg. My daughter was taken yesterday to see Dr Nkuna, she was very hands on at the time with assisting my daughter. She needed a blood test to confirm that she doesnt have german measles as i am pregnant. The doctor informed my husband that the tests will go through as urgent (German measles whilst pregnant can be a huge problem), she also assured my husband she would call him with the results even if it was later that evening. Its the next day and we STILL dont have results. When we phoned the lab , they had said the bloodwork hadnt even reached them yet( NO URGENCY ON MEDICROSS BOKSBURG SIDE) The nurse also informed my husband to shes getting the results from the doctor and then continued to ignore him. She then chaned her wording this morning stating teres nothing hse can do yet she gave my husband her number yesterday for this exact matter. Both the doctor and the nurse have yet to give us our URGENT results from yesterday already or at least follow up. To make matters worse, when trying to phone Boksburg Medicross the nursing station line it just rings and rings. The absolute worst is lack of communication. Will never return to Boksburg Medicross again.

USELESS STAFF-USELESS COMPANY

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had, never seen such useless people in my life. Ackermans has no care for their customers, this includes headoffice, as well as customer service as well as accounts department. For the SECOND month in a row now, I have made payment via EFT on my ackermans tenacity store card. Both times I have sent through proof of payment at least 8 times... This included management email addresses and their other email addresses. My last payment was made on 26/02/2020, it is now 16/03/2020 and yet STILL THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN ALLOCATED.. I have phoned and phoned and phoned being transferred from one lazy consultant to the next... Or they cut the call. The one lady even took my number and PROMISED TO CALL BACK... But what can we expect from Ackermans.... Nothing!!! Yet they are quick to send sms saying payment has not been made but can't even do their jobs by allocating a payment. I have absolutely had enough of this..... I've had it, sick and tired.... Cannot wait to pay in full and close this account - HOWEVER I will not stop reporting this, I'll even take it to the newspaper if need be BUT ACKERMANS WILL SORT THIS OUT. Worst business ever.

Slacking account department

Absolutely appauled by the service from Ackermans as well as Ackermans head office as well as the useless Finance department. I made payment last month to which was done via EFT and I sent through proof of payment, two weeks later I received threatening calls and messages to make payment YET THEY ARE TO LAZY TO LOOK FOR THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND ALLOCATE IT. then: this month the exact same story??? What does ackermans finance do, sit at their desk and sleep? Disgusted cause it's my credit rating affected by your slacking attitude!!! FURIOUS

Horrible food

Nacho fries dried out and hardly any cheese sauce. Pepsi doesn't even taste like Pepsi, as if it's been watered down drastically... Expensive for terrible quality

LOAN FINDER-MONEY THIEFS

This is FRAUD!!!! A while back I applied for a loan with loanfinder sa. They eventually took my bank details (my stupidity)... I never heard bank from them regarding a loan... And I never even finished my application... When end of the month came they debited money off of my account..... I had to stop the orders. Also since they've had my banking details Ive been getting weird debit orders going off. This site is fraugulent and over the phone they act so professional BUT THEY ARE UNETHICAL... Highly dissapointed and disgusted!!!!
