Excellent service! I had a problem with an Amazon order which Amazon did not respond to. The order came from Brights Hardware but was not delivered and when I bought it up with Brights they immediately issued me a refund ticket.
It showed that my order was delivered on Mo day 13 April, it was not. I contacted them on the same day and tried various methods se veral times but haven't heard anything back from them since.
Customer Service is very bad, I have been waiting to chat to them on whatsapp for the longest time. I need my medicine and they just keep me waiting. Then if I dont reply immediately then they cut me off
Ive had severe pain for 2 weeks now. Dischem Health refuses to give me an authorisation number to see my GP for a pain injection. Three times their doctors were suppose to phone me but did not. My feet are blue and swollen, I dont know how they think a virtual consult with one of their GPs can help me anyway. I am paying for medical insurance that they dont allow me to use. They also dont pay for my chronic medication.
Dischem Health states that you get unlimited GP VISITS but I just phoned for an authorisation for a GP so I can get an injection for pain. They wouldn't give me authorisation and said a nurse is going to phone me. Really? I should just go to my nearest hospital, get pre-authorisation for a casualty visit and get my injections there. In steady of paying R420 to see my GP, they can pay Dr and hospital fees as well as the injections (which they usually dont cover out of hospital)
I put 3 claims in months ago. Dischem Gap only paid one even though they were all sent together. I followed up various times and never got a response from them. On 28 May I wrote a review on Hello Peter and they responded immediately but still nothing has been paid and they have not rep**** to my emails.
I have submitted my gap claim various times and it's still not on their system. I submitted 3 claims together, they paid the one but not the other 2. I submitted them various times and sent them emails to follow up but heard nothing from them. Last week I phoned and spoke to a lady that said she has the documens for the other 2 claims but she didn't know they were supposed to pay them. She said I must sent an email to say that they must pay them. This week I phoned to follow up again. This lady says there is nothing on the system I must send them to her directly and she will escalated it. I can't believe how bad the service is. The last lady I spoke to was helpful, I hope she gets it right
So many times I have bought meat there that was off, especially chicken, the last time it was the chicken snitchel. Their bakery isn't very good either. The donuts are just yuck!
One delivery a month is enough! They deliver too often instead of once a month. They hoot at the gate like crazy. They are very unprofessional and I don't like dealing with them at all. I wish Bonitas will allow me to get my medicine elsewhere.
I had medical insurance with Oneplan and they reimbursed money to my card, I've been struggling for weeks to withdraw the money. They can't fix the issue. They are also still taking money from my account and take a long time to put the money back into the account.
