Your workers arrived and began digging directly in front of my yard to install a manhole for your cables without any prior notice, consultation, or consent from any member of our household. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also shows a clear disregard for the residents affected by your operations. What is even more concerning is that the excavation site has been left open and unattended for over two weeks. These exposed holes pose a serious safety hazard, especially to children in the neighbourhood who pass by daily on their way to and from school. Where there have been attempts to cover the exposed excavation, the work has been left untidy, and the entire neighbourhood has been left in an untidy state. Attempts to seek clarity or assistance have been unsuccessful, as supervisors are noticeably absent, leaving only workers on-site who are unable to provide any answers or accountability. This creates the impression that responsibility is being avoided, further adding to our frustration. We feel disrespected and undermined by the manner in which this situation has been handled.
It is sad to see a group of seniors of your circus "MATA" terrorizing the community for showing humanity to their fellow residents in Mamelodi. Earlier today, I gave an old lady I know a lift and the pirate squad that is oppointed by the current leaders of MATA stopped me and took my car keys and demanded that I pay a fine of R1500 since my car is not registered with 4+1. I tried telling them that I was from work(Netcare) and they could even see the entry stickers on the windshield but all my explanations fell on deaf ears. I was forced to pay the so called "fine", I later asked for a receipt and they refused to provide me with a receipt. The man that refused with the receipt was driving a white Ford Bantam (ZWX 646 GP). Now the question I have is: am I not allowed to take who I want in MY CAR? Because we have bullies from Limpopo in our township.
Good day, I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with OMEGA security company that is in charge of our safety in Loftus park. On Tuesday, after the soccer match at Loftus at around 21:50; a manager of the security company by the name "Garry Jacobs" came to a crowd of soccer fans who were waiting for their transport, he didn't say a word. He just pepper-sprayed us and when we retaliated to his racist behavior; he took out his gun and pointed the gun at us. We promise you, next time we'll disarm him and use that gun on him.
Good day. It is with great disappointment of the poor service of First National Bank in Pretoria CBD(Church street). The branch is under staffed and yet they have a large number of customers, but there's no effort made by the management to help the one teller who's dealing with the large number. Earlier today I went to pay using their tellers in the bank and the receipt I received as I make my way to the bank it stated my queuing estimated time but yet I queued for over 30 minutes from their estimated time. Please assist.
