Your Connect Financial services are horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been trting to change my debit order date for 2 months now. You never get hold of them on the phone and emails just get ignored

Melano was amazing, he helped me with car insurance that suited my needs. He bead my current insurance with R125 rand with better benefits.
They are great, when times are tuff and I cannot afford my premium, they would adjust it so I won't lose my policy.
Wish I could give them zero stars. From the start I had issues with them. Finally when my Home wifi contract ended I was happy. I've been trying to cancel the contract for 2 + months now. They keep senind me messages that its now a month to month contract and I should pay a ridiculous amount. I tried returning their router to the nearest MTN kiosk, but they said they do not take it back and I should take it to the main branches which is too dar from where I life and work. I also told them in numerous emails that they can fetch it from my home, butzero response on that matter. Cannot complain about service because there is absolutely zero customer service. My next step is to report them to the Ombudsman.
A for effort, even though they could not beat my current insurance, its a delight to speak to their consultants, fun, vibrant and friendly.
Worst service ever! Bought a food processor, after about 3 months it started to smell like burnt plastic. Tried to return it to our nearest Makro but said no because it was bought online we need to book a repair. Tried to do that, but it does not give you the option. Called in and they said they booked it manually. Sent them several mails to try to find out what is going on and no repsonse at all... its been 3 months. I have sent my final mail and will report them to the Ombudsman this Monday coming.
Abo****ely horrible customer service. You cannot get through on a phone call to them... They DON'T respond to emails. I received one statement a year ago and have been requesting a statement and details of my contract on emails with no response. I only want to know when the contract end so that I can cancel.
Carla has an amazing personality and was very helpful with the details on my policy. Will speak to her anytime.
