Absolutely mind mine blown by the service, informative and post service follow ups, the really make you feel welcome
Fibre been off 17 days, 10 calls and emails later, no resolution. Everytime we call its a different person who can do nothing to help, all i hear is its been escalated... what a load of rubbish, oh amd they still billed me for the month although i have had no service, why doesnt a technician get to my property and check the problem... all we get is call center agents on the phone doung nothing. I am so over Cell C. Ready to close all my accounts with them and definitely will not recommend them going forward. So sad used to be one of the better service providers now they are seemingly the worst..
Upon signing up with C Fibre - Cell C 3 months ago , in my agreement it states that 20 meg line includes free black binge with black box for the duration of my agreement, I also have this in writing from the agent who sold me the service, upon over 20 mails, calls and and waiting, i have not had the activation email sent to me for the Black, the C Fibre and Black say i do not qualify, however no where does it state that the inclusion of Black is on a 20 / 20 meg line only, in fact the agent said to me in writing that all 20 meg lines inclusing 20 / 5 and 20 / 10 meg lines include Black Binge Premium, the responses on my enquiries are nil, no one has come back to me to sort this out and i feel this is breech of agreement, that being said they promptly deducted my debit orders in full from my work account that was not even the account details i provided on sign up , all in all Cell C and C Fibre have not played the game i stronlgly reccomend not using their services as they do not care about fulfulling their end of the agreemnet
A long process but the pool is in good shape and we are happy! Thanks Chris and Team for Correcting the issues
