Deposit very bad service
I am smd customer since they opened and now I requested the deposit refund from Feb till now no body contacted me no refund yet I can’t believe smd is treating there customers like this

Very very disappointed
On 12/12/2025 I arrived today at champagne sports resort I thought I am going to at beautiful place in between mountains but what a disappointment where I stay around me there is other Shelley’s so no view left home for view but came on other place to see other Shelley’s around me going to spend 7 days with disappointment will not recommend this place to any one and will never come here again very disappointed.

Imile logistics bunch of ****** together
This Imile logistics company is **** if u order from china and your order worth is R100 then duty and taxes with this company will be R100 I never see that with any other company only with Imile logistics I been ordering long never had issues with any other companies only when ever the order come from Imile logistics taxes are the price of product today I called them there supervisor told me they only delivery company not tax clearance or anything got to do with taxes LOL when u go to there web side it clearly says there we clear duties and taxes and vat really need to train your staff watch out for Imile logistics make sure u don’t use this company bunch of ****** altogether in one company

Dullstroom accommodation , 27 Walkersons Estate
Everybody to let u know about dullstroom Accomodation booked it on Easter weekend with last minute at 27 Walkersons Estate one on the worse accommodations I ever booked in cold weather they don’t have heaters , tv was there but no connection to anything thing in this modern age don’t have Wi-Fi was the coldest weather so had to buy our own heaters please if any body booking with dallstroom accommodation and specially 27 Walkersons Estate please just reconsider before you book had very bad experiences was fist time at dullstroom will never go there again

Bad service no management available
Hi, information to everyone I bought car from smd came to fetch rear glass was broken not covered with any thing left open rain water went inside destroy all the modules very disappointing came back want to talk to the manager 10:13 in the morning and manager not available.

Best service by kwapi
I herd lot about santam insurance being with nedbank for 14 years today I phoned santam insurance for building insurance and what a pleasant conversation I have with gentleman by the name of kwapi he not only convinced me to have insurance with santam and gave me great quote which I activated immediately what a service by kwapi need more people like him in companies which make everything so easy for customers keep it up kwapi and santam I hope my journey with you going to be as pleasant as service given by kwapi.

Very disappointed
I bought obd plug from this company thinking that they Durban based company but they are another chines company pretending To be in durban, wanted the product in a day thinking they in Durban but got tracking today my stuff is coming from china which I could have done my self in half price so now I paid double price and have to pay custom and top of it have to wait for ever very ********* company so please just watch before u order.

Gobid bad company poor communication
First time bought car from this company call gobid sold me bmw x 5 50d but when the car arrived was 4.0d second time bought bmw 428i car arrived there was amplifier was ****** please be careful of gobid I think the taking out the car parts and selling on the side so be careful with this company dishonesty very disappointed.

Takealot.com bad company
Bought 75” QLED Skyworth TV model 7500 not even a month screen goes black only sound comes so please don’t buy Skyworth tv one of the bad company tv Iand take alot.com no response bad company as well waisted R15000, when they selling there is always somebody to answer and when comes to service no response, so please be carful.
