I placed an order on the absolute pets website however firstly order was not delivered on the promised day - the next day a driver arrived with a 20kg bag of dog food I did not order. I called the online center to query and was advised I would be called back so i waited - no call back i then called again and was told I would be called back still no called back. The 3rd time I called the lady rudely put the phone down in my ear. I am trying to cancel my order and get my money back but they are so unprofessional the phone was slammed in my ear when I asked to cancel.
cancellations are not a very easy experience i undertand that Vodacom wouldnt want to have cancellations but i have been trying to get hold of a consultant however it keeps going to a voice machine saying ill get a sms and email. this is stupid and there is no way of talking to a consultant for a cancellation which i have tried to even follow the voice prompts.
The most disorganized bank i have EVER dealt with. I app**** for a credit card and have been phoned by people regarding this application. I did the whole process online with a lady that confirmed all approved and I agreed to all terms and conditions it was now just a case of waiting for the card to be ready. I receive continuos calls about me going online to accept - today i spoke to 2 people who confirmed my applicstion was at different stages - is the internal system not linked i am a new customer and am already disgusted in how disorganized this bank is NOBODY can give me an answer they advise the system however no 2 people have the same system - ACTUALLY ANNOYED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER CARE
Discovery - how are my in hospital days for psychiatric treatment allowed to be used for outpatient without my approval? I am fully aware of PMB which would require I sign a form for the days to be converted to sessions - however you used my days without consulting with me - HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW I WOULD NEED MY DAYS? Was this for you to decide on my behalf and why was this done without the correct forms being competed and my approval - as per my telecom with a gentleman this morning he says this is standard practice?? since when did this change for as long as I have been treated for my psychiatric condition, I had to authorize use of my in-hospital days as consultations? Please resolve this and reinstate my hospital days DUE TO YOUR ERROR.
Upon calling 15 March to cancel 3 of my Vodacom lines i received my bill and still the lines were not cancelled. I lodged a complaint and spoke to the supervisor who said he would investigate and lodge a credit to me however this was the 18 April and still nobody afforded me the courtesy of a follow up. Vodacom are quick to try sell you something but no quick to resolve queries. I want a credit!
I ordered a personalized mat from netflorist as a gift the printing was so skew, i complained to netflorist who insist this is how the machine prints? Where is there attention to detail how can the mat not be aligned straight in the machine for printing - it was clearly printed in a hurry and nobody cared to make sure the mat was straight. They insist there is nothing wrong with the door mat however every person i showed it to was disgusted in how skew the printing was - they insist there is nothing wrong- DO NOT ORDER PERSONALIZED items from them as they clearly have no attention to detail and will advise that its normal to print skew.
I have tried to call I have emailed and I am unable to get hold of anyone at UPS quite disgusting customer service in my opinion. I have a parcel indicated as stopped at customs yet i have never been advised by UPS of this purely found this out on Amazon website - how is it that they do not even reach out to me. Parcels are ordred for reasons usually with a deadline of needed i paid for expedited shipping but UPS and their excuse for customer service do NOTHING. Sort this out and contact me. I have sent countless mails trying to get feedback on an order - the tracking number does not exist on the system, i have paid the vat and duties i have supp**** my ID number and no matter how many reminders i sent to follow up on delivery i am ignored. Poor service from UPS
I have been trying to get a refund out of Compu ticket for a booking that was cancelled not by me but by the event's organizer however my emails are ignored, and nobody affords me the courtesy of a response - they were quick to advise the show was cancelled yet not so quick to refund me.
I booked tickets for an event and was called to advise the event had been cancelled. I requested a refund for 2 of the tickets and for the other 2 to be moved to another date. I have been trying to get hold of computicket with various calls and emails yet am not being assisted. It is not my fault the event was cancelled i have had no confirmation of the refund in writing nor have i had help to move the dates for the remaining 2 tickets. Calling the call centre they seemed lazy and said i need to talk to the original lady who called me who has still not bothered to answer my mails nor afford me the courtesy of a call.
