CORPORATE BULLY!!!!!! For the past three weeks, we are sitting with no internet! I am working from home, I have no other way of signal, this is our lifeline. We are constantly talking to an AI and nothing else goes further than issuing a ticket and ignoring us. We were promised for a technician to come out today, nothing happens, When you try to speak to a person they make as if the line is bad, I am on the dirt road were my signal is full on 3G but they can't hear me???!!! To make it worse, you speak to different people everytime....NOBODY takes ownership of our situation!!! I've placed an order in February 2022, which I received. I now want to settle this account, due to change of personal income. According to Homechoice, if you ordered to pay these goods over a certain period you should pay the interest over the 12/16/24 months as per order. They can't amend this to cash you need to pay interest if you want to settle this account within a month from purchase. This can't be true! THIS IS UNLAWFUL ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER ACT!
I have upgraded online....what a joke!! I did three upgrades the same day, within three days I had my Vodacom handset. Four weeks later my one MTN handset...it is now 12 weeks later and I still don't have my other MTN handset. I spoke two weeks back with an MTN consultant who promised me that I will have my handset this week by Wednesday...another joke, it is Friday, no sms...no email....no handset. I phoned the courier services, they still don't have a parcel to deliver for me... REALLY MTN ONLINE....RIDICILOUS!!!
CLAIM NO: 586478 I logged a claim with Standard bank, which were handled sufficiently. I took my vehicle to the one and only panel beaters that they use in Rustenburg, Auto Magic (nothing magical happens here). As per promised by the Panel beaters I went to collect my vehicle on the 2nd of November, which was a disaster. I phoned Standard Bank insurance to let them know about my situation, I talked to Elizabeth, the team leader at claims. She tried to get a solution, which we understood were not in her power to get solved. We made an arrangement with the Panel beaters to collect it a week later...A week later, we had the same situation, the parts ordered were wrong!! My worry is that Elizabeth were suppose to phone, follow up on my situation, complaint. She never did, I always had to phone her to get feedback....she confirmed that she is going to escalate my complaint.....? It is now two months later, Auto Magic were paid, I paid my excess and I still have a vehicle with damaged parts on...Is it fair? Regards Theresa
I am insured by Standard Bank insurance, I had a claim which were approved. Auto Magic phoned me to confirm when can I bring my vehicle in, it will be 10 days. We were going on holiday on the 3rd of November and I asked if I can bring it in after my holiday that will be the 3rd of December, Michelle the receptionist spoke to Lucky Mondlane, and he confirmed that the vehicle will be ready before the 3rd of November if I can bring it in on Wednesday, which I did. On arrival on the 2nd of November to collect the vehicle, we were old the vehicle is not ready due to parts not received from Mahindra, which were a total lie, because my husband could see the vehicle is not ready. We postponed our holiday with a week, which they needed to get the correct parts....which never happened! We collect the vehicle on the 7th of November, with the faulty parts on... They did wash the vehicle, on my husband' request, however the workmanship were bad...over spray, the back bumper fitted not properly... It is now two months later, and they still couldn't manage to get the correct parts...really!
