Canceled my discovery plan to join them. Their useless online application system keeps giving errors and I'm told to restart the application
Agreed on R900 premium changed my insurer who was charging 1.7 but they debited 2K
Agent assured me that the sim she's selling me would be on my old number which was coming to an end. I specifically told her I don't have a device for an extra sim and I don't want to lose the old number. I'm told this was done on purpose by them because they wanted to make a sale I'm going to find out on Monday if this can be resolved otherwise I'm going to want a cancelation including taking legal action against them This is unacceptable
I got a notification yesterday that my data is used up and then I contacted vodacom on Facebook to let them know my monthly data was not loaded, assuming that the data that got used up is data from the previous month. With their ever so slow responses they took finally told me today that the data was loaded and got depleted. Can you imagine a whole 100 GB in a matter of 2 days. Shocking 😲. I'm glad this happens when my contract is ending because I will surely terminate

I was hit (third party in the wrong)and my car declared a write off. SANTAM has really been slow on finalizing by settlement its a month later courtesy car is being demanded yet I have not received my settlement let alone my excess. I am literally tired of calling and running after the consultants who seem unsure how to handle my claim. I am disappointed in SANTAM for not taking accountability for my claim taking so long to finalize and running around after people who are either on tea, went home early or are on training Some of them you can see you are copied on their emails to revert back to you but no response.
I was due for a contract upgrade with Telkom so I decided to go and apply for a contract at MTN diamond pavilion in Kimberly. I got rejected when I asked the consultant why she told me it's not her job to tell me why then I explained to her I do have a right to know why things got worse and she became rude to me.Raising her voice, getting angry. I asked for a print out of the rejection and went to another mtn ( northern cape mall) for an explanation. They told me the said consultant has a reputation of this nature. And what's worse she omitted to tell me is that I might be approved for a sim only deal which I would have been interested in since I could always get a phone deal with telkom. I reported the matter to the manager and she said the consultant will email me with an apology and my problem was that the apology was not about what I complained about and was not acceptable to me as it was not even a true reflection of what happened. In the apology the consultant pretends after realizing the reason for my rejection was empirica fraud she took me aside to tell me in private out of respect after being reluctant to do so. This is dodgy business to say the least by mtn diamond pavilion and Lizelle Cornelius and the store Manager. The whole experience comes to mind as it is that time of the year for me to look for a contract deal and this time a sim only deal since i got the phone i wanted last year with my telkom upgrade. It's sad that this is the type of treatment I got from mtn diamond pavilion and I might have not been the only one. It's just that not all of us can speak up for ourselves.
I have three unauthorized enquiries from ****choice on my credit report. I do not know why they keep doing this. It seems like doing business with ****choice is bad idea I've been a cash client of theirs for 2 years I understand that they want me to open an account but I have not yet expressed interest in doing so until such a point that I want to open an account then they should check my credit score. Otherwise they are just messing with my report
