Good Experience
I am happy with the overall experience, verification process was a bit slow as the lady who helped me first was only sending me a message a day if anything was outstanding but from approval to delivery was faster than the dates given and previous bad reviews got me worried0 replies

ABSA does bot care for their client
ABSA credit card service from their call center is absolute ****, phoned them this morning to get something urgent sorted out and was promised by Lerato to get a call back from her manager which was in a supposed meeting but at 08H31 and now beyond closing time bo call back.1 reply
