Terrible customer service and non-skilled personnel cannot get any information on my secure loan taken 10 years ago and is final going to finish on 30/05/2026 but I cannot get anyone help me
Good day, so we bought a dress for my daughter 10/03/2024 she went with the slip to exchange at mall @ Carnival the cashier advised her that they need my account card, so she drove all the way to my work to fetch it. Upon her return another casher assisted her. only to be told that they now need my ID.... I then spoke to the cashier and said they are messing her around why was this not done 1st time. furthermore, I advised them that this was an exchange not refund of cash. she was then advised that there would be no slip and she had to take something in the store for R20 as this was not her account and the dress exchange for was less. Point .If I pay the account and give a gift. ITS A GIFT if that person exchanges this for something cheaper the money must be given as once again, I am paying the account. if they take something more expensive, they must pay the difference. You need to review your policies on exchanges as this is ridiculous. If I buy something yes by all means for ***** ID must be produced. but exchanges should be treated differently, Now your store is going to have a shortage on an item for R20.00 because they did not do an exchange receipt and the dresses that were exchanged were difference there will also be a variance in quantities. Is this why our monthly fees are so high to compensate for policies and procedures that are stupid, and staff find loopholes as they do not know how to do an exchange without an ID.
