I would like to compliment Outdoor & All Sales for the outstanding service I received on two different occasions. The people I dealt with, Lean and Esmari, were both honest, professional, and extremely friendly throughout the process. They had no problem sending me pictures of the products before I purchased them online, which really gave me peace of mind and showed great customer care. My orders arrived very quickly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that still believes in ethical business practices and genuine customer service. I truly wish more companies operated with the same level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity as Outdoor & All Sales. Highly recommended!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Futurama regarding an online order valued at R4,778 including shipping. Initially, I dealt with Josh, who sent me an invoice which I promptly paid. After payment, communication became very poor. I then spoke to Jason, who informed me that Josh was unavailable due personal reasons which was understandble and that Josh would deal with the order once he returned. Unfortunately, nothing progressed. Over the next two weeks, I continuously followed up with different staff members, and later Marno, trying to get clarity on when I would receive my order. I kept receiving excuses relating to suppliers and delays, but no concrete answers or delivery details. After nearly three weeks, I was suddenly informed via WhatsApp that Josh had allegedly made a pricing mistake and that I now needed to pay an additional R1,254.93 for the exact same product already advertised on their website and invoiced to me. Fortunately, I had taken screenshots of the advertised website pricing before purchase. When I questioned this, I was initially told by Marno that the website did not reflect the price I claimed, until I provided proof. I was then promised that my order would still be delivered by Friday. However, after more unanswered messages and ignored calls, I eventually received another message stating that Futurama would not honour the original advertised and invoiced price. My options were either to pay the additional amount or accept a refund. To make matters worse, while this was happening, I found another product on their website listed at a certain price. When I queried whether that advertised price was correct, I was again informed that the website price was incorrect and was given a substantially higher “correct” price instead. This raised serious concerns for me regarding their pricing accuracy, online sales processes, and overall professionalism. I ultimately requested a full refund immediately. Although I did eventually receive the refund after escalating the matter with their accounts department, the entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and highly unprofessional. In my opinion, this was an extremely poor customer experience. Communication was inconsistent, pricing was not honoured, and the overall handling of the situation felt ********* and disorganised. I will not be dealing with Futurama again.
I had Clear Guard installed on my vehicle through an installer (Vector Films / Kurt) that was directly recommended to me by Clear Guard. Based on that referral and the understanding of a long-term warranty(10 years), I proceeded and paid over R43,000 for the installation. The Clear Guard has now failed and needs to be replaced. However: The installer (Vector Films) has since closed down Clear Guard is now saying that the 10 year warranty does not cover workmanship They are requesting an additional R12,000 to redo the installation I find this extremely concerning and unfair. I re**** on Clear Guard’s direct referral and acted in good faith. I do not believe it is reasonable for a customer to carry the cost when a service provider recommended by the supplier is no longer available. I have attempted to resolve this directly with Clear Guard and have sent multiple emails, but have received no response. This matter has now been escalated to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. I am still willing to resolve this amicably and would appreciate Clear Guard engaging with me to find a fair solution. I have a vodacom email address for almost ten years now and it now all of a sudden does not work. It keeps on asking me for my password and when inserted it does not accept it. I have even requested for two new passwords but to no avail. I have called vodacom twice now and they keep referring it to the back office, to no avail. This absolutely unacceptable, why is it so difficult to resolve this issue?! I use this email on a daily basis. I need this issue resolved urgently!
