I would like to commend the outstanding service I received from BMW Menlyn. As I am based in the Free State and my son is studying in Pretoria, his vehicle developed an issue and needed to be taken to the dealership. From the moment I made contact, Derek Kleintjes (Service Manager) was incredibly supportive and reassuring. Despite a waiting list, he made a plan to ensure the vehicle was attended to as soon as possible, which I truly appreciate. A special thank you as well to Aviwe Mncwabe (Aftersales Consultant), who kept me informed throughout the entire process. Her consistent communication and professionalism made a big difference and gave me peace of mind. I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, BMW Menlyn, for going above and beyond.

Cold calls never stop!!! After numerous request not to be contacted I get 3 calls a week!
The Courier Guy collected a valuable fragile item. Item was clearly marked as fragile. Arrived completely damaged. After numerous attempts The Courier Guy rejected any opportunity to accept accountability. The Courier Guy makes the promise “We treat your pakkies like they’re our most valuable possessions…” Not the truth!!!
Stay far away!!! Claim their software do certain things which it can't! Then they run monthly debit from your credit card and refuse to refund! This company is *****ulent. Be very careful
Not a honourable insurance company! Hollard is clearly not in the game for the customer but rather in exploiting every possible loophole not to honour valid claims. Stay away from Hollard Insurance! Need peace of mind! Hollard is not for you! You are on your own and they are with your premiums!
After months of struggling to get 1-Grid to have a discussion and find solutions to my issues, it seems they just don’t care. Was willing to keep my business with them but sadly will have to make other arrangements! Be wary when you realise that being a customer is not that important anymore! Hopefully they will respond again because it is a Hellopeter review!
Written a review stating “poor service”. Received a message “review was removed” Giving 1-Grid the benefit as a long standing customer. Today I tried to contact 1-Grid Support again and unfortunately the same story! “Poor Service” might have been the wrong description as that would imply that I was able to reach support. 1-Grid Support unreachable via WhatsApp Group was informed after an hour no agents available I should call the nr upon which I was informed no agents available. So I will state the following: No Support
Stay far away! Poor service! I reported a fault for more than one week and no resolution. No feedback! I have to do the online chat to speak to someone, which takes forever. Everyday the same story "wait 48h" No phone numbers to speak to someone. Save yourself the frustration!!
