I recently flew with this airline and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The ground staff and cabin crew were rude, unfriendly, and showed very little professionalism or customer care throughout the journey. The onboard entertainment system was largely non-functional. Many remote controls were missing, several touchscreens did not work, and some TV screens were completely inoperative, making a long flight even more unpleasant. The food served onboard was bland, tasteless, and far below the standard one would expect on an international flight. The aircraft itself appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Some seats could not be placed into the required upright position for takeoff and landing, which raises serious concerns about maintenance and passenger safety. The seats were also badly dilapidated, with tray tables hanging at awkward angles causing food trays and drinks to slide directly into passengers’ laps. The condition of the toilets was unacceptable. There were no disposable toilet seat covers available, the toilets were dirty and unhygienic, water was covering parts of the floor, and used toilet paper was left lying on the ground. Overall, this was a very poor travel experience with unacceptable standards in cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and customer service. I would not recommend this airline based on my experience.
I had an amazing experience with Outsurance! The customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.
My credit has now disappeared for the second time from their system, 2 weeks later and it’s still not sorted out
Bought a product It clearly states what is in the box, contents of the product However 1 of the items was missing on delivery Returned the product requesting replacement Replacement received Again the same item missing A week later still not resolved
Their policy and I quote “The Drive Less Get Blessed is a free benefit as part of having your Ride insured with Pineapple and allows you to get around 30% return on your premium automatically each month that you drive under 300km” What a damn farce, I’ve been with them for 6 months now, and had to write numerous emails to get the return in premium. 3 month refunded, and then again nothing. Still full premium gets deducted every month and no discount app****, is this really what I’ve signed up for? Had enough, it's a marketing strategy, and empty promises
I ordered specialised product for my dogs, they cannot have other products as my one doggie suffers from epilepsy and food allergies and this is the only product he can tolerate. Delivery time was estimated between 26 and 28 November, only to find out on 28 November that they have no stock and that they had to order it from Cape Town, which I could have incidentally done myself. I now have no food for my doggies
I have been driving under 300km since I joined 4 months ago, still no discount, still no refund I have emailed numerous times, with the response that it will be corrected and I’ll receive a refund…. Still nothing!!!, and now again the last month, full premium deducted.
Bought a product, it was off and lumpy when it should have been fresh and smooth, reported it to Checkers, sent photos. It’s been almost a month since then and they could not be bothered to sort it out, WhatsApps go unanswered, calls are nothing but empty promises
Monies deducted from my account and no products received No response to my emails And No answer when I try to phone…., DISAPPOINTED, to say the least!!!
