Capital loans are ****mers
Capital loans are making money out of people who desperately needs a loan. Even though it's in fine print the debicheck should be reversed because they are not looking at loans for you. I want my money back because no service was given for the amount they are deducting, and the banks should not accept it. They are ****mers

Unauthorized deduction on my account
I don't have an Uber account or use Uber my son usually requests for me but last i saw a deduction of R50.00 my account where did they get this information and who authorized the deduction. I need to be refunded and them to stop deductions

Payment from Pendula for my daughter
My daughter Shownise got a learnership at Phendula and started last week and she signed a contract and on Tuesday she was told not to come in because the learnership for that week was for disabled people and not able people and that she unfortunately will not get paid for the week which I find very unfair as a single mom I had to go borrow money for transport for the week and now how do I pay those people back. When I called and spoke to a lady called Carol who informed me that they made an error in the selection, and she will pay out of her pocket the transport money which I feel it's unfair and my daughter needs to get paid as per the contract she signed and the work she put in. Pendula cannot get away with this this was not my daughter's error she cannot pay for their mistake

Unhappy customer
I have requested numerous times for my WiFi password to change and been told that it's being done by Openserve but no contact number given so that I can get the assistance I need. Three agents assisted me by taking my new password to request the change bit it's been a month now and it still has not changed. I'm really not happy with the service I have received

Bad Customer Service
Shared my views on Cell C they responded same day that someone will contact me up until today nobody has assisted me with my problem. I need assistance in blacklisting my sons phone so that I can claim back I'm paying for a phone which I don't have. What is wrong with this people, Cell C Campus Square your client service is pathetic will not recommend any one to your store. I never had such bad service in my life. my son has been traumatized by the robbery and yet nobody can assist me.

Bad service Cell C
On the 22 November my son was robbed at gun point with his phone I contacted Cell C the same day to block the phone whereby they asked ridiculous security questions which my son could not remember like what was the last number you called and how many airtime and data you put in the phone. Seriously how is any one supposed to remember all those things. So I went into the Cell C shop in Campus Square on the 25th of November and completed the documentation which was given to me by the guy who was on duty I asked who’s details I should complete and he said mine which I did and I was informed that I will get an sms within 24hours to inform me that the device has been black listed so that I can claim back my phone. I contact Cell C on Friday to get information on why I have not received an sms and has been told that my case is pending due to the passport number not corresponding with my son’s cell number which I got very irate and said that I was told to complete my details and nobody had the decency to contact me I was asked to give my cell number and they will contact me back but to no avail. I called again on Monday 3rd December and spoke to another guy who I explained my case again and he also took my number and said he will call back by 11h00 which never happened. I am really disgusted at the service I received from Cell C and that I cannot claim back my phone paying for something I don’t have. Please I really need this to be dealt with and something to be done about this. Believe me I have never had such bad service in my life.
