I have emailed boncap so many times asking the credit team to call me back requesting a new payment plan and they declined not even listening to my issues even after so many emails asking to be called back to explain nothing no response.. I don't thus is fair as they wouldn't even give me a chance to explain or understand my issue and I have been with boncap for so long now
It's been months this on going struggle I have complained so many times sent so many emails showing this and so many calls asking for assistance MY WHATSAPP LINE IS STILL NOT WORKING NO ONE RESPONDS THERE'S 2 TICKS NO RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES I am not sure what else to do to get assistance it's been happening since November 2025 this is terrible service yet monthly I pay my service
I am apolod by the behavior of the staff at new market and treatment.. When u guys had the coffee on special new market was out of stock they took my name and number and the amount I wanted... Then I went there last month I took one packet a lady named Jubilee assisted me and told me I already collected 2 and left some note saying my husband will collect but I didn't collect anything they advised they called all customers when they got stock I showed her my phone and there was no calls from the store she was so abrupt and rude and rolling her eyes... I told her I will come back for the other 2 on the 26.04.2026 if I don't collect by then cancel it when I went today she and all her staff are saying I collected the 2...when I told to show me and pull camera footage they made me stand on the side all the tellers where talking in there languages and being horrible then they came back saying the manager who was supposed to come down and see me Jude advised they can't give me the 2 coffees only one... Jubilee then decided to be so rude again at the till roll her eyes and go on with me.... I have proof it was written in the book to collect 2 for today and there behavior is so very rude I paid for the 1 coffee they didn't give me a slip I went there just before 12:04pm this behavior was not acceptable new market staff has no way of treating customers that woman was so rude I want footage of the coffee being purchased
I am shocked at the behavior and staff of this place.... The manager Khaya is rude and horrible the way he speaks to customers and his stuff.... The lady literally clicked her tongue at me for asking where's my donut and also she refused to assist me with something that wasn't in my packet... This branch has gone to **** really There's a new manager there and his so polite and knows how to assist customers his very polite not like these other people the owner honestly needs to check there staff
I AM KEEP WHATSAPPING THE BONCAP NUMBER THAT WAS GIVEN TO MYSELF BY A CONSULTANT AND STILL NO RESPONSE I HAVE MENTIONED THIS IN EMAILS AMPLE TIMES I DON'T GET RESPONSES VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP NO ONE BOTHERS TO RESPOND... YET MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS ARE PAID THIS IS REALLY GETTING ANNOYING THAT I HAVE TO KEEP COMPLAINING ON HERE FOR ASSISTANCE/////!!! /!

This is again a issue from my medical aid they are not paying my Dr's bills from Dec I called them end of Jan they advised it was all paid on the 26th but nothing has been paid Why is this medical aid gone to **** I went to the pharmacy on the list they telling me they can't claim from my kid his not active But I pay monthly if this is going to continue I will rather go to Discovery atleast they are not so useless and I had to complain on hello Peter for a response boncap is a piece of **** If any emergency happens and I don't get access to my medical aid I will sue Bonita so dizzy
And still the medical aid is not responding to me that the call the team leader stated from Feb the payment plan works they are just demanding I pay in 3 days and no response to my mails
Spoke to a lady today she claims my medication got delivered last year Nov but I didn't not sign nor get the medication when I told her she said she will get back to me. And inform management then I got no call back. It's crazy how I am being charged for something I did not receive nor get a call to say it's being delivered that day or check if I received anything!!!!!
