I'm putting this official complaint that is divided into 2 parts . Street lights Since November I gave been logging calls with the 2 street lights that have been off since 2025 I've logged over 5 calls with no assistance; WHY ARE WE NOT GETTING TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE STREET LIGHTS .The place is very dark and poses as a security risk to also create gap for the close by DB BOX to be vandalized can the lights be fixed please 🙏. Account misallocation This is becoming a big mess and the worse nightmare ; since December I have been on prepaid but every month they bill me electricity on my statement why almost 5 months why am I billed????? Why are people not doing their work ? Why is my account not fixed ?
Well well well standard bank tops the incompetence standards when it's come to POOR SERVICE should I say the allocated consultants Jermia Lenong is the class of failed ; poor; ridiculous consultants ever i placed a claim on my apartment water since I had the policy it's 8 years I have never ever ever claim now my geyser busrt my cupboards got ruined first time in 8years having the policy I'm sent pillar to post no one is assisting the entire flat is ruined with water. IM SOOOOOOOOO UPSET , It's been over 5 days no assurance imagine water destroying doors cupboards everything in the house never ever did I receive even one call I want full compensation for all the damages that standard bank have caused I have been calling daily no assistance the plumbing company saying one thing the carpentry saying something else this water will end up causing extent damage to other units . Standard bank u have failed me beyond measure : first ever claim after 8 years of paying SHS/ 2025/ 459631
I pay monthly on the 15th Meaning 15th of one month till the next and ur team decides to suspend with wifi because 15th on the 8th so that means I only used the account for 23days instead of 30days I'm pised off 😪 why is is my wifi off since the 8th December poor service today is the 10th of December yey my bill is due on the 15th my services are suspended though I paid 2 days ago still suspended my work is negatively impacted..who is going to compensate me on the last 2 says
With being close to 10years with Bonitas medical Aid I'm highly dissapointed in their services ushered towards their loyal clients or rather customers . December I was highly sick leading to the hospitalization and the dr wrote a motivation to bonitas since my HbAC 1 has been over 8 in over 4 years uncontrolled. To my surprise the claim to have GLUCOUSE CONTONOUS MONITORING set to be inclusive to my chronic was declined really bonitas for a type 1 juvenile person they decline . No wonder people from to Discovery becuas3 the libre lifestyle glucose is even given just on dr prescription without thousand motivation of which they are declined it's now June 6months later they is still pending . Why is bonitas messing their chronic patients like this even worse I has to pay towards my monitor system cash even though I gave over 6000 in day to day savings Bonitas is a true ******* and lacks empathy towards their members
Big ****mers of note worse company and worse the so called ****** assessor ASHELY he was clear that he won't help me imagine paying 400 x 4 years never at 1 point have I never missed a premium almost paid close to R20k and they simply took from pillar to post over 2 months to get claim approval ..please never sign up for bidvest warranty that company is a ****mer imagine paying over 5 years and u claim for the 1st time and they reject u ...Evil people that are driven by a system that allows the to reject claim and take our money. NEVER SIGN UP FOR BIDVEST WARRANTY YOU WILL BE EMOTIONALLY DEPRESSED.
Worse service ever received from a service provider I have been with this company for almost 5 years with premiums monthly paid till the nonsense service I received they have benefited over R40 k in the years that I have been with them and last year I put a claim and none of the people in that organization could help they lodge my claim no contact no email sent I have been so upset from last year and finally decided to cancel the policy and they still have the nerve to debt from my account because I'm a fool .paying for no service rendered OOBA I WANT SA TO KNOW UR ORGANISATIONS SCAMS PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN HAVING UNINTERRUPTED INSURANCE BUT managed to pay for my own damages in the year I was insured with u ,purely unethical stop taking money from my account that's pure fraud
The way bidvest handles their claims its not good at all it took me the while week stranded without a car .no one could really assist wow given a chance im shopping around to move to anther insurance on top of the incompency I had to pay 1500 extra now there is stories that rim not cover only tyre .I'd advise anyone not to take the trye and rim policy it's a rip off
Wow im so defeated ...it has been close to a full year dealing with the bad service from Trafalgar Durban ..As a flat owner i wouldn't advise anyone to rent and worse buy any building managed by Trafalgar they really dont care about people ,the form of management is digusting and so bad u would directly want to sell your investment because of them. I have been requesting a simple levy account statrment from Ronica and Jenine i tell you those two will put that organisation down to the ground ..imagine wanting my levy statement and bo one answers you over 3weeks of requesting the statement ..till date no responde to my request I decided to personaly ask them the please do a debit order for levies and deduct from my account imagine im making a request ...they didnt give a ?%@^£¥$ again no interest on proper managemnt and communication with the property owners I want SA TO KNOW WHO EVER HIRED THOSE 2 PEOPLE NEEDS A PROPER REVIEW THEY JUST DONT VALUE THEIR WORK .THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE DIRT ..WE NEED JUSTICE IN SA AND THIS WONT BE TORELATED ANY FURTHER ONCE I HEAR ABOUT THAT AGENCY MY BLOOD SUGAR GOES UP ...MY HEALTH HAS BEEN NEGATIVELY IMPACTED BY THOSE 2 WORKERS ...JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE DONE
