Pharmacists wants to play God with your script......
Schuin Villa has got reallly bat customer service. My mother had a bad experience from them and i want the script to hand the script in by a pharmacy who does go the extra. But the lady at Schuin Villa think she is in charge because she said i cant take the script. The new pharmacy must phone them, rhen they will explain and send driver to deliver..... What a load of bull ****.... Plain spiteful.... Thats Schuin Villa for u. I dont like them and they dont like me.... My mom is bipolar so i will send her in next because will throw a tantrum in front of schuin villas clients. My mother just wants her script. It been 2 days.... And nothing.....still waiting..... ***** Service..... Im so glad my medicine sid said when i signed up from schuin villa..... What a relieve. Now they r withholding my mothers script. Y? Oh, i know..... Too be spiteful... Because they dond have anything better to do then pis my mother off....

WORSE DOCTOR IN PE!!!
DR Tebago is the most arrogant DR in Port Elizabeth. She was an awesome DR when she started. Now she complains to my mom I am not allowed to write out what meds she needs. It is her chronic meds thats why I wrote it down. And she is going to the police because she wants to open a case against me for impersonating a DR. What a load of BULL. This is freedom of speech. I can write and draw what ever I want. So me the law that I broke. I need a civil case cause I need the money. The funniest thing is that she gave my mom nothing that I wrote that she used on repeat. And some repeats are once of and other 3. When a when person comes out of her office you never him say thank you. But when a person of color comes in they just want to hug here. So what does indicate. I came there once and there was a gentleman who has sepsis and very high sugar count. I help her through all that. I got no thank you and she still hates me for jumping in to help because its her practice. I got ordered around by her and did not complain once. In 2007 I was in a car accident and she never wants to give me painkiller. If she does its like paracetamol or some over the counter nonsense. Why do you visit a DR if all you meds you get you can get over the counter. Don't understand. I want to go to a new DR but she does not want to make copies of my files. MY new DR must phone so that she can tell him i am a drug addict. My dad was in SANB. Drug Squad in PE. So the medicine I take if for the accident I was in. But she falsely accuses me of being a drug addict. My walks on crutches. She has neuropathic pain. She has been on Nurika for years. The doctor did want to change is to OxyNorm for a month and she how is goes. I study medicine so I know it. But she thinks I am stupid. I can not wait for her to move for a new doctor to me in. He must be the same as DR Valie becaue DR Tebogo is a stay away DR. if you have flu and dont have medical aid. Have enough for 3 visits. A patient cured, Is a customer lost. GREAT MOTTO...

Pathetic Medicross Westering, Port Elizabeth
I am now about Medicross Westering in PE. This morning I had a real bad toothache. So I phoned early to make an appointment but could not make it due to my vehicle and they understood. Then the lady told me I have a R4000 outstanding account since 2019. That was when I last saw my dentist. Before Covid. So we made an arrangement to pay it off, and she was happy and put me through reception and said to book me in. So I got put through and they 15:30. I received 2 smses to confirm. When I got there they said they never added the appointment as they needed to clarify it with some guy called Malcolm. But you can see, either they are scared of him. Or they just hate him. Then no one got hold of malcolm and already I was 1 hour late for my appointment. So as I could not wait for malcolm and all the racist staff working there because a friend took me. With Zero respect or anything. I said leave everything and I am left. And I shouted over my shoulder go read your HelloPeter review later. Well all u girls are unethical towards customers. Especially The one by the Billing department door. She know who she is. The Hippocratic Oath taken by dentists promises to do no intentional harm to patients. Rudest Receptionist
Since the passing of DR Nelson his wife is still the receptionist. I have never spoken to such a rude lady. She does not want to email me my medical history with DR Nelson as the RAF need it. She always has a problem with me, She thinks she is a DR because I went in one day to see DR Nelson and she said :"DR said he does not want to see you. Please leave."! She had no manners or respect for anyone. Where is the Hippocratic Oath DR Nelson took, not his wife. Bad service from 3 clicks from white people towards white people!
Can head office please phone me regarding the service from Walker Drive, Sunridge Village and Baywest Mall. I have a few complaints. They treat my family like drug addicts and various other accusations... This is urgent otherwise I am taking all my evidence to the newspaper and the radio stations here in PORT Elizabeth. Vicki Morgan at Sunridge Village. All staff at Baywest in Dispensary. And at Karyn Ferreira Walker Drive Clicks.
