Use to be great service but of late I have been let down several times. It's now the 8th of the new month, the tenant informed me that the made the rental payment end of the previous month. When I followed up last week Friday (5th)I was told the lady who is responsible for releasing the payments is "Out" and will call me when she gets back. Today (8th) I followed up again and was told the same thing.
Changed the card payment systems and the vary between provinces, on N4 Makhado they don't accept debit cards but credit cards, on the same road in Witbank it the opposite, the want debit cards and not credit cards.
This is great school for babies right up until they are ready for grade 1.
It's so difficult dealing with Pineapple insurance, I tried to claim on their app and it's impossible to do so, keeps on giving me errors. Then I try to contact and talking to them via their chat function (which is the only way) and they don't respond at all, even after the time period they have set. I'm ready to quit this.
Great experience with the service and repairs department. They kept me updated at every step of the process.
Very disappointed with DStv/multichoice process. They asked for proof of payment and other documents I sent them and the agent confirmed that they had received them and when I do a follow-up 7 days later, they say I must send the documents as they are missing and my refund has not been processed because of that. The email I received as reference for submitting the documents was not recognized, I was then put on hold for 20 minutes while they go and search for the documents. They found them and I was told that the agent that confirmed that they had received them DID NOT ATTACH them to the refund request. So had I had not followed up nothing would've happened
Iwyze failed to beat my current vehicle insurance and live up to their end of the deal as advertised that they will pay R505 if the can't. I have lost trust in the company as a whole now.
I recently contacted absa idirect insurance with a couple of queries, the service i received from the consultant, Amanda Tshangela was great, she went above and beyond to ensure that all of my queries and issues were resolved. I am happy with the service.
My mom bought a house in Port Shepstone a couple of years ago, and with in a few months it had major faults, foundation is sinking causing the house to have major cracks, she reported this way back in 2008 and nothing was done. A engineer came to evalaute this year again and found that its getting worse and its not only her house but other houses built in that area by the same company that Ithala Bank used. The report clearly states that the houses were poorly built hence the structural damage. Ithala Bank is doing nothing about, we have been lodging claims and they keep on dodging us.
Outsurance does not live up to it's own word, the switch and save campaign they are currently running is proof. Last week I went and got a car insurance quote with them (as they advertise everywhere) and they couldn't beat my current insurance premium (matched like for like). As per their advertising I expected them to honor their word and pay the R400 instead they sent an SMS saying they will email a link that will have further instructions THEY DID NOT SEND THE EMAIL OR LINK. So I called in to do a follow-up still nothing, and I'm not the only one who has experienced this. How can I trust them enough to ensure with them when already they are being dishonest. Not a good experience at all.
