Very bad customer service, called to make a query, and while explaining my issue, I found that the person on the other line has stopped responding. And before that, I called the same number, just to hear that I have reached the Pinetown branch. ( I bought the phone in Bronkhorstspruit.) The other problem is, that it's apparently not allowed to return the phone for a full refund if you bought it in store within 30 days. But online you can. According to them you need to do this within 7 days if bought it in store. This is really unfair. What is the difference? Sitting with 2 brand new phone that's pretty useless at this stage. ( I got another as a gift.)
False advertising, rooms doesn't look like the pics at all. Wi-fi not working. Very noisy. Loyal customers gets treated like ****. People entering rooms as if it's their own. Beds in poor condition. Doesn't even serve coffee or tea. No towels or soap. (Again, the truth doesn't align with the pics shown.) Manager is treating guests as if she's doing you a favour by letting you stay there. (While you're a paying guest.) When you have a issue with something or a query, Terry and Lerato doesn't respond via phone at all. Last stay was in a room that doesn't even have a key and the window is broken, but they expect you to pay in full. Overall staff has a very bad attitude towards guests. Won't recommend this place at all. Want a full refund of the time that we were staying there.
Good morning, I would like to raise a complaint about policy nr 70012863965. I was introduced to this policy by Thapelo.( Not sure about the surname.) He said this is a free 1 month trail that I'm on right now. He advised me to do a debicheck, but promised me that no money would be taken from my account. I must just cancel before the trail ends. On the 2nd of May, there was a debit order of R170,00 that was taken from my account. I tried to call the call centre and spoke to client services, they refused to give back my money. I went into the app and notice that I can't claim vouchers either. Thapelo isn't very helpful either. Not even reading or responding to my messages. Please refund my money and cancel my policy as I'm no longer interested.
Order #18620914, placed 10 October 2024. I ordered some groceries on this date, and when I unpacked it I noticed that there is a item missing. Since the 10th I have sent two emails about this issue and no personal response from them. Keep on getting automated replies that they are receiving tons of emails and that the customers should be patient. Items are obviously paid in full. Quantities on the app and actual items received does not match. Use them at own discretion. This is not the first time that I have experienced this using the PnP ASAP app. Previous situations of similar occurance hasn't been resolved either. Also sent e-mails about it without response. Be careful when making use of this app. You pay for items you never received.
I ordered some snacks from a convenience shop and there was a item short from the checklist. I took the issue up with Uber eats afterwards, but to no avail. They refused to refund me, even after providing proof of the shortage claim. Spoke to the courier as well, and he claims that the shop didn't receive the correct quantities for said order. Contacted the shop, with no reply from their side. Inconveniencing me and dragging me from pilar to post. Be very careful when ordering from these people. They aren't very helpful in resolving issues, and keep on giving automated responses, no matter what you say. Seems they like to ***** from people. Not the first time I'm having issues with them.
I booked my trip saw one price and ended up paying a different fare after adding a stop. They claim it's an additional charge. And the funny thing is last week I rode with someone who also added an additional stop on their trip and there was no additional charges. These people are clearly *********** people and are looking for easy ways to make money. And if that's not the case, then you sit with rude or reckless drivers who obviously poses a risk for danger not only for their passengers but for other road users as well. I wish there was a option to rate this company -0 stars.
I placed an order on Saturday the 6th of July and got a notification that a payment link would be send to me. Haven't received anything up until now and they ignore customers on their WhatsApp number. Lost out on so much bargains. These people are not serious about business. Really disappointing and pathetic service. They would attract lots of customers if their system runs like clockwork and if they give some good service. Many people prefer online shopping for various reasons nowadays, and they should pay attention to that. Come on people, it's not rocket science, get your affairs in order!
I ordered vegetables thought the Mr D app groceries section (Pnp). Upon cooking the vegetables I noticed there was a piece of woodlike stem between the vegetables that should not be there. I brought it under their attention and they took about a week to respond. Took all of my details, but to no avail to compensate for any inconvenience caused. The whole pack was a big solid frozen block, so there was no way I could see this before cooking it. And yes I tried to loosen the block, nothing. It's like it was laying in their freezers for some time before selling it. This issue was not resolved. Kimone Steffens assisted me. She even expected me to swop it at the store. Why should I drive all the way across town to correct someone else's mistake??? Think twice before you throw good money after these people.
I paid in full for food that arrived late and cold and the agent expected me to take photos of such (Zethu N.) How am I supposed to do that? And to top things off, I was given a coupon of 20 bucks. It's not nearly the amount I paid. Next time I will reconsider if I will use this service again.
You get charged double the amount of money you paid for a previous trip that's exactly the same distance as the first one you took! A complete *******. They looking for fast money, charging for nonsense like booking the trip etc.
