NEVER BOOK THERE!!! HORRIBLE PLACE
It is the most horrible place to ever want to book your stay. the rooms are SUPER small and the care takers are not even friendly. there is a specific person that seems to be living there permanently and they always have an eye looking at people. i did not even stay there i went once i got my room i was shocked on how small it is i just went ack to the kitchen and left the key i was given there and went to go book elsewhere. and there bathrooms are not sanitary. pictures are surely deceiving because what is advertised, will not be what you get. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THERE you will regret it. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

Horrible
False advertising, rooms doesn't look like the pics at all. Wi-fi not working. Very noisy. Loyal customers gets treated like ****. People entering rooms as if it's their own. Beds in poor condition. Doesn't even serve coffee or tea. No towels or soap. (Again, the truth doesn't align with the pics shown.) Manager is treating guests as if she's doing you a favour by letting you stay there. (While you're a paying guest.) When you have a issue with something or a query, Terry and Lerato doesn't respond via phone at all. Last stay was in a room that doesn't even have a key and the window is broken, but they expect you to pay in full. Overall staff has a very bad attitude towards guests. Won't recommend this place at all. Want a full refund of the time that we were staying there.

Hotel from hell
Doest have any of the amenities they claim to have online , this place is a complete **** , no wifi , no warm water , the walls are paper thin and the TV doesn't work they claim it's because the cable is cut , we also had no power for Like two days , we stayed there for a while as it was the cheapest option available, so we saw how their **** works , they will show you the worst room they have no matter wich room you book online , and then they will try and upgrade you for an extra R200 for a room inside or extra R400 for a room outside or even an extra R350 for one of the rooms in the front wich btw feels like an oven along with the room on the top floor ,just don't go here , like it's not even worth it if your on a tight budger

I booked a room for a few nights a while ago in Feb 2023 and the owner's wife Lerato was very rude when I said to them I needed a room with a toilet inside since I have special needs which disability requires
I booked a room for a few nights a while ago in Feb 2023 and the owner's wife Lerato was very rude when I said to them I needed a room with a toilet inside since I have special needs which disability requires. After a confrontation they obliged and offered a room near toilets, which was ****roaches infested with broken wardrobe doors.

Cozy Hatfield Condo - Be embarrassed. **** advertising
Cozy Hatfield Condo, their advertising is totally **** on the Internet. There is no wifi, there is no DSTV as they did not pay the bill. It is in un u safe neighbourhood. There is no burglar bars on the small window in the room. The bed has lumps ... very very very old bed. The bedding is nothing as advertised in the pictures. The bathrooms do not get cleaned. Filthy by the time we arrived. Book in is only at 15h00 so there is no time to get another place. Very old tiny curtain by the window. The only thing that was correct in their description of the place is that it is a very small room.... literally just a room. There is no place for your luggage or room to move in. You can just sit on the flea infestes bed. Booking.com needs to remove them from their site... disgusting. We could not even sleep there as we were itching all over. I am not using my exaggeration here. I sat at 19h00 on the bed crying and trying to make another plan by family very far away. Ended up going back to my daughters student room and slept on the floor by her for the night, as it was too late. The owner in Cape Town does not answer when you call her. Cynthia, be ashamed.
