Good day To whom this may concern. I am very unhappy with the service i received at your Menlyn Park branch. On the 24th of February I asked Ziggy to order a specific shoe for me, which he located at Hyde Park. When he had to call the store, he told me their phones arent working and used my personal phone to call the Hyde Park branch. On the 27th, i went to follow up with the store regarding the shoe and the service was appalling. No one knew what i was talking about, they kept scrolling through a book, and then offered to call me once they receive the shoe. Today, 6th of March, I went back for a follow up. One of the sales assistants called Ziggy from the back and when he saw me, he laughed, I asked them for feedback, again they told me their phones arent working, they would need to use my phone to follow up with Hyde Park. After some time, the manager then calls the Hyde Park branch and they give me the run around about how the stock was sent somewhere and they cant locate the shoe. When i explained this s**** is for a function, they offered that i "make another plan". I'm really trying to understand if i was treated like that because i myself am in the sales industry, or because I'm black. This is ridiculous, and i demand an answer.
I'm used to getting poor services,, especially when you're in uniform and being black makes it even worse, you will not get proper service. However I must say never have I ever been so unhappy with services rendered. I was at your Mr Price Home in the Sandton branch and not once were we offered assistance instead other customers assumed I work there, 3 ladies who were watching me vigorously look for something never offered to assist ,, and when we eventually asked for help at the till, Bongi who works for the bedding department was called and the attitude she gave me and worst of it all, this attitude, poor service and bad behavior was done in front of two managers one of whom I think is Bongane (Unsure) not once did they step in. To top it all of I was overcharged and I had to waste more of my time to go get my refund back. I would like to request an inquest on this and how you will resolve this issue. It's been weeks since I contacted your complaints department If your complaints department can't resolve a matter now. I understand the trashy service from the store
I'd give you a zero if I could. Hi I am completely disappointed, my order came without the 1L Coke, the driver told me that it's add on to my order, but that's not what the order states... I sent a complaint through but nobody got back to me.
What a terrible experience... Your staff has attitude, the undermine customers and most importantly they lack customer service. The one even had the nerve to tell me she doesn't know English... They don't understand their promotions, they told me not to blame them and to blame their promoters and advertisers... We lost out on a Great deal because of untrained, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
Vodacom is so useless as a service provider. You don't provide a service all you provide is excuses and apologies. I've been with Vodacom for about a year now and I've never been a happy customer except for when I applied for my contract. That's the only time they treated as a customer. They always failed to debit my account, they'd tell me they don't debit on holidays and it became my fault, isn't it the company's responsibility to debit the account after a holiday? why would I ask for convenience if you can't offer that to me. My account was in arrears and they called me to let me know they deactivated my account and made it prepaid, I then told them I'm unhappy as a customer. And I want to cancel, they told me I can't until I pay what I owe them, which I did. Now they reactivated my account two months ago without notifying me, and guess what, I'm in arrears again.. Now they telling me they can't cancel my account. Please explain to me what I must do vodacom? Kind regards Very frustrated and angry customer!
