Stay away from Vodacom!
Utter disappointing service, getting transferred from department and no one can help you, some people in the same department state they can do something while others say that they can't. And so you get transferred again and again. This ranges from sales, retention, aftersales, migration etc. When contracts are up, all of the contracts will move to another supplier as Vodacom just doesn't care. And all this for getting on a better plan, migrating a contract to something bigger. Really disappointing........

There is a reason they get the reviews they get. Best in the business by a mile!!! Various dealings with the company and everything handled by the utmost professionalism..

Never again.
Took the car for a full wash, wax and leather treatment. Had to point out multiple dirty spots between doors and body, likewise with the boot. Mags were dirty, they didn't bother to clean between the spokes of the mags. ( on all 4 ) Paying a total of R210 and not getting even above average service was a big disappointment, never have an issue with other places. Won't be seeing my car as well as close friends and family again. Had the same issue on previous occasions.
