Ridiculously poor service from Vodacom
Mu sisters phone was stolen about 4 hours ago in a smash and grab. Tried in vain to report this to Vodacom on 082 111, 082 135 and various other options suggested on the internet. I'm also a Vodacom customer and it angers me that in South Africa a big company like Vodacom does not have a 24 hour service where you can block your stolen sim card. This is absolutely ridiculous.2 replies
