Settling my account with CAPFIN, but no help aftrer three days .
I had a loan with Capifin Finance (Bramley) and now am trying to settle my account , but no one to help me . they have hand me off to VVM legal company reg , when I phone them on the following number Telephone: ********** 025. tryied to use the (Our online query portal https://portal.vvm.co.za/OnlinePortal will allow you to register, log a query, track and manage your accounts with VVM. We encourage you to take control of your ) no help . they told me that lot of stories , still I don't know when to settle my account . I went PEP/ Capfin counter , their I must phone the number ,,,,,, ********** , their transfer me to this one and that one . no help I want to pay and settle my account with CAPFIN please help ........ NO SETTLEMENT LETTER ........FROM AFRICAN BANK .........
I had a credit card /loan with Africa bank years back , not this week am trying to settle by paying that account . am getting no help from the call center, they transfer............the whole hour , and now after two days of trying to get a settlement letter from them with no successes at all, I tried phoning , email , self services which very very ........stupid and depressing because nothing works . yes am under admiration due to lack of payment . but now I want to pay it off. no one knows anything about my account . what must do , help me
