I had a credit card /loan with Africa bank years back , not this week am trying to settle by paying that account . am getting no help from the call center, they transfer............the whole hour , and now after two days of trying to get a settlement letter from them with no successes at all, I tried phoning , email , self services which very very ........stupid and depressing because nothing works . yes am under admiration due to lack of payment . but now I want to pay it off. no one knows anything about my account . what must do , help me
