Worst courier company ever. My parcel from Temu are late for 7 days they indicate out for delivery. Then deliver failed. Their support desk is also useless. (That is "if " they answer)!!!

Today I have ordered meal at Grill Express in Midday I was so not impressed with the meal size it's so little. I was happy with the taste but not the size R187 can be a lot of food. One piece of stake and a roll of a wors plus a coleslaw and chakalaka can

Bad experience
I opened an account in December 06 2024, online it was approved i went to a shop in Pietermaritzburg, i submitted all my documents and i stayed for 3 hours in the shop, and after that long wait, i was told that my documents were blocked by ***** department, yesterday i went back to check i was told the same thing and the lady called tje head office nothing was done except for a response that said wait for the ***** department, its been a month and nobody knows whats this ***** thing is about,

Bad service
My brother bought a bed in 2020 and they told him that he will finish on 2023 on January but he is still paying till today my brother took the bed for my father wich he is a sassa pensioner imagine the stress that he has his been paying from that time till now when ever he goes to pay they say it's offline he can't pay but the always call me for the payment maybe they want him to never finish paying the bed it's That unfair how will we come and be there cosumers like this . I'm very disappointed with this company it's works with Lewis a company I always admired as child that one day I will buy from them

Worst service from electric express Mams mall
Today went to buy a refrigerator price shown is R3999 on display. When time to pay the manager was so rude she was busy shouting we must pay R3500 instead of coming to us and explain professionally it was not credit but cash. Then when the driver was asked the time he will go to the warehouse to fetch a new one because we didn't want the display he replayed with an attitude saying "he won't go there to fetch that thing". If that's how they treat people I wonder why is still operating?.
