I've been with Flexclub since 2024, their cars are new and the process was easy and seamless. Great service alround!!! Also, Rene is the best, she is pro-active and provides regular updates and she is definitely an asset to the company.
I am completely appalled by the service from Dawn Wing. I had added my sister's number on my order because she was the one who would be to receive my parcel. Unfortunately on 01 Nov when the driver came she was not at home so I called their contact center and had to wait for more than 30mins to speak to someone, who ended up being the receptionist and supposedly going to be transferred to the cape Town branch where the call ended up being dropped. I called again same outcome and I was calling them because their site didn't not properly update the delivery address when I tried to change it to my work address. That was also a fail and I called again same and the receptionist said she will transfer to Bellville but I never got through to anyone. Now on 02Nov I called again and was promised that my order will be be delivered to the original address on Sat the 3rd. Around in 11,I called again and spoke with Dawn and I told I'm checking as to when will my order be delivered, she asked for my number and way I'll number and said she will call me back. After 2 in the afternoon still no call from Dawn, so I called the office and to a different lady who said Dawn had gone home. She ask for my waybill number and then told me it's incorrect. I tell her I'm reading this from the tracking info I was emailed and this is the same number I've been following up with all this time on all my correspondence with them, shocking she went to say she thinks their system is offline so I asked her how did she come to the conclusion that the number is wrong if their system is down, no proper answer. She said their drivers are coming later in the day and she will confirm whether my order is in any of their list or maybe it will be delivered on Monday the 5th and she would call me back with feedback. To no surprise she didn't call me back and today, I got an sms that the order would be delivered today but still no parcel. I am not sure what kind of circus is Dawn Wing part of but I would definitely hope that Cotton On never uses this company again, it is totally pathetic and totally mediocre.
