Zero customer services whats so ever. I got one of the bakkies from this people and the disc expired since January 2026, I only noticed now since I do not use the car for personal it hasn't been working, I called to enquire about the disc also to ask why I wasn't contacted. The rudeness i received from the Indian lady day. Those people are ******. People fix your credit score and get a car directly with the back, they do not care about their clients at all. To top it all we pay a lot in these cars and it doesn't even include the bare minimum hence we are getting rubish service.. Treat your clients with care and respect. I am returning their bakkie back I am okay with this bad service.
I am having the worst experience with Suef for life. First a debit order was run without my permission on the 31st of March which i reversed as i clearly sated i want to pay online. Paid for me service on the 2nd of April only to be activated on the 4th. Fast forward paid for the service on the 2nd of May called the support to ask for reconnection to my surprise a ticket and to be logged because it was Sunday and Finance will be back to the office on Monday. No communication or what's so ever until I called again an i was voided that the debit order reversal has to be voided so that the negative should be removed. I find it difficult to work with this company, their support system is useless. May i kindly gets my refund so that i can get another service provider. I am not getting any joy with Surf4life

This company phoned me earlier 2016, they offered me to take a debt review which I refused because I did not want to be locked for 5 years and also I did not want to increase a duration for my debts, then the coloured lady that phoned me, said to me, she would like to check my debts which I accepted the after a day or two she emailed me documents to sign, which I never signed, I refused signing it because I did not want to go under debt review, I specifically asked her to cancel what ever that she have done on my name, today I was checking my credit profile, only to find out that I have a default from this company, and I have never taken any services with them, please send me a proof of my contract to show that I have applied for dept review, please take out your default off my name, you people scam people in the name of helping them to reduce their monthly installments, you scam people. You can email me the contract that shows that I have taken your services, my email address is [email protected], you can also get hold of me on 0838788855, and I would like to have the call recording as your call are recorded, I am tired of your nonsense... revert back to me as soon as possible...
I am not happy with multichoice, I cancelled my other decoder on the 05th of July 2020, I made a payment today of R500 to the decoder I am currently using, to my surprise my services cannot be reconnected because the old decoder I cancelled has been charged, I phoned 4 times, I’ve been send from pillar to post, can I get someone to call me and advise what’s going on, or rather refund my R500 and cancel your services, I’ll stick to my Netflix... thank you.
I am writing as an angry person because I am always getting threatening sms and email from Lifestyle Legal. I don't know who they are, I have never requested a service from them, To my surprise i was trying to buy a car only tto find out that I have a default account from them, This company have to clear my name and also they must provide me with proof that I have an account with them, I believe they have my ID copy, Payslips, Bank statements, anything to prove that I ave an account with this crooks.
