Worst of the worst ! Struggling to get hold of people. You have to pay every month but only according to them are you allowed to get a 6 monthly statement. Or you are charged for a statement. You have to licked the ### to get an reply but they will keep ons sending those sms' every month non stop even though you are up to date with the arrangement!!! Still haven't received a statement.

Hi. I have am extremely disappointed about how ceebees conducts business. They send sms with no follow up. I have never heard of this company before this, say they send emails but never recieved any emails. Muzi Biyela and Co demand payment for school fees that were not paid yet paid in full. Who says they not ****ming people. The way the sms are worded anyone would suspect its a ****.

I have never heard of this company before this, say they send emails but never recieved any emails. Muzi Biyela and Co demand payment for school fees that were not paid yet paid in full. Who says they not ****ming people. The way the sms are worded anyone would suspect its a ****.

Unprofessional and ********* conduct. Since July, I have paid the agreed monthly amount via debit order. The only exception was November, when a temporary bank issue caused the debit order to bounce. I informed theim and requested a statement to confirm the balance. Despite three separate requests, I only received the statement after being threatened with a summons by Vicky. It is unacceptable that a paying client who communicates openly is treated in this way. The statement provided by CeeBee Debt Management Services does not reconcile with the creditor’s own records. The balance differs by thousands of rand, raising serious concerns about accuracy. Threatening a client with a summons while payments are ongoing. Demanding more than double the agreed monthly payment without justification. Issuing statements that do not align with the creditor’s records. This conduct is misleading, *********, and causes unnecessary distress to a client acting in good faith.

If there was an option to give a zero rating, I would have done so. They called me about outstandingschool fees, and I asked them to send me a statement for verification. After completing a debit order form, they kept quiet and didn't let me know that they cant debit discovery bank. 2 months later they let me know and I advise ill make an eft end of October. Mid October they put a listing under my name. I now have a default on my credit record after i have made payment arrangements and completed a debit order form. Consultant Nonhlanhla Mkhumbuzi, I needed that default removed under my name.

I was in contact with their office after a year of paying consistently and requested a decrease on my repayment as I was going through a financial difficulty. SYLVIA and Lebo refused to assist me amd I was not refusing to pay but to reduce my payment. To day I wake up to 2 deductions and no food for my children. They refuse to provide me with call recording so that I can escalate matter. This company must be closed as they have poor service.
