they came recommended but my experience was bad. I brought my car in to address an oil leak issue, and while the diagnosis initially seemed accurate regarding the turbo, the oil somehow reached the other side of the engine, casting doubt on the precision of the assessment. Moreover, I flagged a water leak in the EGR system and requested a fix, but unfortunately, this concern was overlooked, leading to an incomplete service. While the major service was performed, I was dismayed to discover that certain components, like the air filter box, were not reinstalled properly, causing the engine to draw in hot air from the bay. That leaves the question, what else did they do half a job with??? when I left my car had no power, and sounded like the engine did not get air. My suspicion is they had the air filter in the wrong way. My reason, check the BMW M57 air filter and you'll understand. To add insult to injury, the water light came on just as I was leaving. I immediately returned to the shop, only to have my car hastily pulled back into the workshop right before closing shop at 5 pm even though the sign on the door said 5:30 pm. The next day, the team identified a cracked EGR thermostat, a problem that could have been avoided if my initial concerns had been addressed thoroughly. The weekend following this I opened everything up to see what comeback they had put in. There were a couple of *****s they did not put back and the ones they did were now stripped, I had to replace it When I told the supervisor/manager about it he said I checked everything himself, I sent him the images to show him he **** he could say nothing.
i bought a landwind brand new(out of the box) but the car had problems i took it back they "FIXED" it but the problems was still there and it is not fixed this went on for about 2 years i ask for a refund and and they said they are willing to buy back the car for less that half of the price which is not acceptable i tried to speak to MR. Wang to find out why only so little but the said "I Don't have time for this" and through the phone down in my ear
I have been trying to cancel the service that I had more than 5+ years. I followed the three easy steps uploaded the documents and got the Cancel Service Request email from Telkom, that was the 9/8/2018 10:17:00 AM and since then I've been billed every month, I also went to Telkom's website - talk to us asked the question a few times on why the service is not canceled 3 working days went by and I heard nothing from them and now the debt collectors are calling me . To think, Telkom's billing system is so advanced after how many years they exist but still for years we as customers are complaining about the cancellation system
