Good morning my name is Tebogo Ramaahlo i have a problem with GFG motors in alberton that they sold me the car without telling me the problems of the vehicle and they definitely make sure that i sign the documents without any explanation everything was fast then later on i got two different problems from the car of which was engine light and suspension i took the car back the following day so that i can get my 120k back but the sales manager told me that am not gonna get any cent,i purchased it on the 3rd of February 2025 then took it back the following day so i need help please to get my money back.

I purchased a vehicle from Shaun at this company in April 2024. A month later when I finally received my registration docs it was discovered that the vehicle was ****** and recovered. He did not disclose this to me. I requested a refund or a swap for another vehicle, but it fell on deaf ears. Car has given endless problems since then which he has tried to fix, but in December it finally gave its last breath and the engine seized. This company has done nothing to take accountability and this will not end here. May he receive all that will be coming to him. Seems to be an ongoing problem with this company. Everyone be warned !!! Dishonesty to make a profit is not good practise !

I purchased a vehicle from Shaun at this company in April 2024. A month later when I finally received my registration docs it was discovered that the vehicle was ****** and recovered. They physically work on the vehicle for 45 minutes, the rest of the time they spend on their phones "waiting for parts" and then have the audacity to charge 2 5 hours labour!! It was just a few wires to the wiper motor that neede to be replaced yet they had to wait for parts!!!!!!!!! why not the just charge the customer for the time you worked on the vehicle. I was a return customer who will NEVER return again!!!!!!

they came recommended but my experience was bad. I brought my car in to address an oil leak issue, and while the diagnosis initially seemed accurate regarding the turbo, the oil somehow reached the other side of the engine, casting doubt on the precision of the assessment. Moreover, I flagged a water leak in the EGR system and requested a fix, but unfortunately, this concern was overlooked, leading to an incomplete service. While the major service was performed, I was dismayed to discover that certain components, like the air filter box, were not reinstalled properly, causing the engine to draw in hot air from the bay. That leaves the question, what else did they do half a job with??? when I left my car had no power, and sounded like the engine did not get air. My suspicion is they had the air filter in the wrong way. My reason, check the BMW M57 air filter and you'll understand. To add insult to injury, the water light came on just as I was leaving. I immediately returned to the shop, only to have my car hastily pulled back into the workshop right before closing shop at 5 pm even though the sign on the door said 5:30 pm. The next day, the team identified a cracked EGR thermostat, a problem that could have been avoided if my initial concerns had been addressed thoroughly. The weekend following this I opened everything up to see what comeback they had put in. There were a couple of *****s they did not put back and the ones they did were now stripped, I had to replace it When I told the supervisor/manager about it he said I checked everything himself, I sent him the images to show him he **** he could say nothing.

Good day, I sign a contract with The Car Guys at Circular Drive in Port Elizabeth. This contract was to buy Hyundai Getz in Aug 2022. when I received the car there was a problem with car heater and window control panel which was not working. The gentlemen who helped me was Riano and on the same day that I received the car I address the issue of car heater and window panel which was not working. He advised me that he is going to book a car for these issues to be fix. I took the car to him and it was with them for 2days and the call me to pick up the car as he advised me it was fixed. When we tested the car there was some heat when I switch on the heater. But on the next morning when I realized that car heater is just a bit warm but it do not get hot. I then advised him that the heater does not get hot and he told me that he will book the car in. I also reported that the window control panel is still not working on the same day I reported the heater issue. He also advised that he will book the car in for both issues. I never came back to me for these issues. I called him to find out when do he booked the car and he advised me that the ordered the window panel and once it arrived he will advised me and book in the car. I waited for quiet a long time and I keep calling him several time to inquire when will he get the window part and he keep telling me that he is still waiting for supplier for the part. I even went to their office to put some pressure as this was bothering me. Every time I went to their office he keep telling the same excuse. About a month or two ago I went to the owner of this branch Shaun and he also ensured me that he will sort these issues and up until this day these issues are no resolved yet. I am so disappointed with their service as these issues were on the day I received this car and they are still my burden to me. This is unacceptable and unfair treatment to me as your client. Before I sign the contract with them Riano gave me such a great service and called me day in and day out to come and choose the car. But after I signed the contract the treatment changed and was so disgusting. Can you please attend to this and resolve my complaint as soon as possible. I am very unhappy and so disappointed with all this matter.

Our vehicle went for a service on the 17th of April. Since then we had issues with our vehicle. We are waiting to hear from Mr Yusuf Omar/Jhuandre on what the next step will be on going forward. As we feel that our vehicle is unsafe to drive and that not everything was properly done and checked with the service that was done by The Car Guys. I will gladly change my review when we feel our vehicle is ready to be on the road again. I will most definitely not recommend this company. From my 1st conversation with Jhuandre on booking the service, I was told that they are RMI approved after various phone calls and complaints it was only then that I was informed by Mr Yusuf Omar that they are not RMI approved. If I new this information upfront I would not have taken our vehicle to them. After the service was done there was a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. We contacted The Car Guys and informed them of the issue. We decided that they should come to our house as we felt it might be unsafe for the vehicle to be on the road. They came and removed the rear wheels, for two weeks our vehicle was standing on tressels. After complaining that we are struggling with transport they came to our house again and said we need to replace the hand brake cable and a clip on the wheel. We waited another week and they came to fetch the vehicle to be repaired in their shop. The next day they contacted us to come and collect the vehicle. Two days later the noise was back. Since the 13th of May our vehicle has been standing waiting to be repaired and checked...
