Poor 10th Gen IPAD material
Poor 10th generation ipad material. My child"s I-pad started bending within within 1 year after purchase, I took it in and they told me it's physical damage and the physical structure is still as new. I regret purchasing this cause it didn't even have cellular. I could have bought samsung or Hauwei tablet for my child. Warning💣💣💣stay away from ipads.

Very poor return service
I have returned a product and my refund on the system is closed but I did not get my refund. I called the call center and since they said they will investigate and cone back to me. Return reference- MRRN-7MBGQ-AV58

No services for late estate but account billed monthly
I have reported to mtn about the death of my husband & send them all required documents to cancel the contract. MTN continued to send debit orders and when I questioned this they are now sending e-mail of account statements but attachments are not opening. So MTN continues to bill my husband's estate for services not being provided because they actually closed the network on both zim cards. Merriam 0732402714

Excellent service from Miway road assistance
I received an excellent service by Libala Ayanda from myway road assistance. My sister locked the keys in the boot and the insurance sorted ou the matter for my sister within 40min of logging the call. Thay you Miway

Fraud account
It came to my attention that a fake account ( where 2 X Huawei P10, data line and 2X R500 once off airtime was taken) was opened at Telkom mobile using my ID number and Telkom was deduction money in my account. I approached Telkom Highveld mall and they told me to bring all required documents to open a fraud case, I submitted all documents on the 18th October 2018 but nothing is done to date. Money keeps on being deducted from my bank and I incur bank charges when I reverse these debit orders. What irritates me is that there is evidence that the name, surname and address on the fake account are not mine so what is taking so long to close the fake account?
