Undelivered products: Nuvita a **** or poor service?
I have ordered a product weeks ago. No product no delivery! The mails from their support is the same everytime. Sorry for delay, we are working on it. No contact number even if I asked for a contact number. Even offer another 10 % discount on NEXT order. So, NO first order, but please order another product. Is this a '****' company?0 replies

Vodacom wrong billings reason for Blacklisting
In short: SIMCARD not in a device! Vodacom billed me thousands, then I logged a query, they didn't want to do a simswap because they have to investigate - then closes the query and right the amounts back, without telling me. Then bill me wrong again, no correspondence, no notification, nothing. Then blacklist me. Now my home loan is being declined because I am blacklisted. Said I must pay R12 000+ first before they take me off! I don't know how to fix this.2 replies
