Disappointing service at Coachman’s Pharmacy
Atrocious service from SASA at Coachman’s pharmacy in Bryanston. She was cleaning her earrings at the tillpoint, does not engage with customer whatsoever. Disappointing retail experience!

Atrocious service from DISCHEM SANDTON
Consistently Atrocious service by the SANDTON CITY DISPENSARY. This despite multiple complaints. The last one was the final straw. Young man called SIPHIWE who treated the pharmacy like a ****a shop, rude, disinterested and entitled. It’s a pity because the retail side of the business is run very well. Never again!

SCARY EXPERIENCE ON DELTA AIRLINES
My son travelled on Delta to Lexington USA on 5th August 2024 and he still hasn’t been reunited with his bags almost 4 days later. I have never experienced such tardiness from an airline. They have absolutely no sense of urgency. No feedback received, AVOID Delta.

Top performing Crawford International Sandton
We love ❤️ Crawford International Sandton. My son is in grade 8 and absolutely loves it. The kids are taught to think and are really prepared for the real world in a caring and fun way. Very grateful that SA has an option like Crawford College.

Dishonesty and integrity issues from superbalist
Cullen P indicated via email (16th Nov) that refund had been processed. Dishonest and Conflicting messaging from Superbalist. Overall matter was handled terribly. For some reason, I expected more from this company. Superbalist is dishonest and disorganised. If I hadn’t said anything they would’ve been happy to ***** my money

We still haven’t received a textbook ordered from Book a book despite sending follow up email, telephones are also not answered. Book a book is a ****. They should be investigated and shut down.

Appalling conduct by Sne at Pick n Pay on Nicol
What on earth is going on with Pick n Pay on Nicol? I had a horrific encounter with one of their 'so called' supervisors - Sne. If that is the level of conduct by the supervisor, I shudder to think how the rest of the staff behave with customers. Embarrassing!

Brilliant and consistent service at SPUR Sandton City.
Excellent service from Spur Sandton City, thank you. It’s very rare to get consistently brilliant service in SA. Everyone at Spur was the same, friendly and kind. What a pleasure, we will definitely be returning.
